Bought from them for the first time and I'm satisfied with my order and purchase so far! Their customer service reps are always available, I had an issue placing g an order and they placed it for me it was quick and easy for the phone I wanted. Phone came as advertised together with the shipping all came as expected. Would gladly buy again when I need a new phone.
The phone is not a G.
The ad said that the phone was a 4a 5g, but what I received is not a 5g phone. False advertisement.

I ordered a cellphone on a Monday. I paid for next-day express shipping. It is now a WEEK later. I called every single day only to be told wait another day. Worst group ever!

I paid for express shipping and two days later my package still hasn't left the vendor. I will expect a refund of postage

Found an unlocked phone I wanted for way less than other places. No contracts, just straightforward deals. Shipping was quick, and their customer service answered all my questions. Definitely a place to check out if you need a new phone without the usual carrier drama.

Found a phone I was interested in purchasing, but wanted to make sure it could ship on time. I called six times during office hours. Though I chose 'customer service', only once did someone pick up. He said he would transfer me to customer service, where no one ever picked up. They want customers to leave a voice message but part of the reason I need a new phone is because I don't have one to call!

I would never recommend this company to purchase any phones. They cancelled my order within 2 days of placing it. I called customer service emailed them I have not gotten any response from them. They have made me miss business calls and important calls. They lie their website still says you can order the phone I got which is a lie. I even got an email about it. NO IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. the only reason I went to this company was because is it was in Google webpage as available. Do not purchase anything on this webpage I wish I could of read reviews sooner
