I'm giving Cellification a one star for now. The reason is in regards to my order. Wednesday August 21,2024 at 10:58am I have placed an order for an Sony Xperia phone online to be shipped from Brooklyn NY to Stonemountain GA for $206.00. I have been watching the tracker firmly since I have made the purchase. The tracker was updating from Wednesday to Thursday and Thursday updated to Package was accepted & pending. Mind you this I ordered express packaging because I wanted it to arrive before the week was out which cost me an additional $48.00 . Since Thursday my package has been in the same status and today is Sunday and still no update whatsoever and this never happened to me before. I called USPS Friday & Saturday to discuss my concerns and they told me nothing useful. I called Cellification and they did answered and the guy told me that it was sent out. I called USPS which were more frustrating and I got three different people telling me three different stories. I told USPS that I paid for express shipping they told me that the merchant Cellification didnt place me under express shipping but , normal shipping for $7.00 when I actually paid $48.00 on top of hundred and something I already had to pay. So I'm thinking either my package got lost, stolen, not labeled correctly, or Cellification didn't mail out like they said which I hope isn't the case. They need to do better when it comes to insuring that costumers are ordering and getting their packages safely. I hope for their sake that my package is otw because if not I'm going to sue them.

Service are excellent

Both of my orders were canceled without any notifications. I only found out when I went to check order status 3 days later when the sale was over. When I called, they put me to billing but no one answered. I would appreciate a timely response so I can make other arrangements.

I had a great experience at this phone store in new york. They offered a good quality phone at a better price than other stores, plus they gave me a free screen protector and cover. The staff named Adam spent two hours transferring my data for free. Very friendly service, Highly recommend this place!

My phone was shipped on Friday afternoon. I paid extra shipping to get it faster and I just received the mail today (Thursday) and it is not here. I haven't received any updates. And I need it to arrive before the weekend. I have tried calling and haven't been able to talk to anyone.

Order process had issue verifying my billing address after spoke with customer service they fix this issue so far so good

Bought a Unlocked phone and got a phone locked to ATT. I can not get service from ATT at my location.

Stop buying from these ppl they send u anything I betcha its hard to find them in. New york....I'll be heading that way while I'm there I hope to locate these mf and see where their heart is....I hope they got a store front loot that mf destroy the business raise up there insurance to feel how buksomeone....don't buy from this source....I'll be campaign these mf for yrs to come cause anit a man in their family liars and thiefs....I'll take n buk ova ya to ur face so u know make no mistake about it no good face the man offer a meet n greet with me
