Cellcom is the WORST provider I have been with. The service on a good day is less than 2 bars with dial downs after so many hours. Dropped calls by the dozen. Their recommendation: 1) a new phone 2) a Samsung vs Motorola 3) a booster (at our expense) 4) come to the store to do your updates. Well, that means I need to come to the store to make calls, to Google anything, to retrieve emails, to send text messages.....etc! We signed with Spectrum just so we would have internet. This should be Cellcom's expense as they have provided NOTHING that they have promised. Am I angry? YES! This is the biggest waste of money in our budget.

the first cellphone i got when i moved to wisconsin. i didn’t like it at all at this early point i was a hero on addict so i think i was just angry. then went to verizon and it was horrible the people at there store did nothing and all of your problems had to get fixed by sending your phone in to get fixed that could be 2 weeks or a Month. verizon was the most expensive carrier in my area. i then went with att and they didn’t have 2g 3g or 4g and you paid extra for something that was available this was in 2015. then i decided to back to cell com and i’ve never left they are truly amazing. they give you a loaner phone you don’t have to get your phone shipped out either they have there own technician. plans are fantastic. i’ve been a customer of some of the largest cell companies and cellcom is so much better they’re not on cellcom s level. i do think that everybody has had bad experiences with a cellphone company mo matter who it is.

I bought a flip phone and in 2-3 weeks it failed to deliver, then the rep wanted me to buy a smart phone (aka, dumb phone) and now that phone has failed too. in which gone through 2 phones in a months' time due to poor quality and service. I'm going to tell them I'm done with crappy phones and service. planning to go to landline since you don't get dropped calls due to poor sim cards.

I disconnected from Cellcom using the government site Netek. I received a notice of the date of disconnect. 10 days later Cellcom called and said the order for my disconnect was not recognized therefore I have to pay for this additional 10 days. It’s not worth it to take this to court and they know it. This is how they earn extra money by exploiting their customers.

They suck. Plain and simple. i dont ever write reviews but I have had cellcom for over a year and a half now and at first, I thought oh you know the service might not be the best because of the area i lived in. No. I am telling you I have full bars and today, I got stuck in the snow I could not call out to literally anyone. not even 911 because it would keep saying invalid number. I have gone into the stores countless of times, called customer service multiple times and they tell me oh its a sim card. Better yet, they hit me with the "Oh we've been sending you mail stating we gave you a faulty sim card" when I never once got anything in the mail other than to tell me my bill which was Well, I got news for you, I had a customer service rep put a new sim card in about a month ago and it still sucks. I cant tell you how defeating it is time and time again to be told the problems will be fixed and they never are. I could be on the edge of a cliff and could not call anyone. To me that is terrifying and very unreliable. I would not ever EVER recommend this phone provider to anyone. There are a lot of other things as well, when I received my google pixel phone there was promise of getting $200 off the phone for purchasing and switching carriers. Nope, never happened and for the last year and a half they have collected interest on my phone payments. Charging me well above the price of the phone. I can understand they want their money, but it doesn't even work. I also had an incident happen 2 months ago where my screen broke and even though I also have insurance on my phone, they declined to assist in any way so i ended up paying $210 for a new screen at a tech store. Save your money and do not ever use their service or buy any of their electronics.

We have been with Cellcom since the mid 90’s and they have always been good to us and there prices are about the same as any other company, but we will stay with them until we find out tomorrow when they open cause I am havin a payment problem but as long as we have been with them if they do not honor the deal they have had going on! We will leave!!
