Customer service is a farce. My phone is the worst ever. Cellcom lied to me that there would be an upgrade and it would be resolved. I have to go into the phone and manually delete the spam everyday. So now it says there is no spam. Not true. I can only delete the spam down at the library. Yesterday there was 90 spam to delete. Also rates went up at cellcom. It's not worth what I'm paying. I have to get a different provider. That Samsung phone is a piece of crap. What a complete piece of garbage!

The worst customer service out of any provider. Showed up to Ashwaubenon location and wasn’t even made aware they had a celebration going on (since they don’t even let you know on any other form of marketing but their instagram and facebook but they can’t text you for money while they lose service for 2 weeks and credit you $ 9.00 for thousandths of dollars lost as a business with NSight also going down. I waited and sat for 45 mins then tried walking around to see what was going on then Tyler the Manager informs me the Employee I need to finish an insurance claim has a line of 50 people when I was already waiting inside where no one told me that employee was now only workout outside). Communication is key; Cellcom/NSight “Simply the Worst”

I wish you could put negative stars. I was with this company for over 15 years paying $120 for one phone line. Continued with them after their hack.. but don’t worry they gave me $40 for the inconvenience for over two weeks. And then they wouldn’t work with me to lower it. Finally, I switch and the money greedy BS company still want to charge me over $150 when my bill was paid up when I switched! I usually don’t wish bad upon people or companies, but I look forward to when they go out of business.

Cellcom sucks. They will try to cheat you into new phones. And threaten you if you try to return it. Worst ever cell phone company. Check out Puretalk. You can keep whatever phone you already have. Better rates. A human being answers if you call them. No games or run around.

I had Cellcom for many years. Their prices have gotten crazy high, and they provide the same coverage as other companies. When I switched, they sent me three "final bills". I called customer service and was met with arrogance on the other line. Done with them!

I no longer have an account with Cellcom. Yet, they continue to invoice us. This is the second month now. I have the paper invoice with date 2/13/26. I have the account number, billing data, invoice number, amount and notification they plan to auto withdraw payment. I called to discuss but won’t because I don’t have a six digit PIN number. Only alternative is to go to one of their stores which are all a hour away.

Wisconsin has a cellphone provider called Cellcom. They are thieves, with no remorse. They had a recent outage on their wireless network in mid 2025. Reimbursements were relatively weak. They never honored their double back promise. Late 2025 I purchased 2 new S25 phones. My partner used hers for a couple weeks before succumbing to a late diagnosis of leukemia and passing away earlier January 2026. After about 3 weeks from said purchase of our phones, I asked Cellcom to stop her service and buy the phone back. We paid $800 for this phone. Cellcom only paid me $200 back. I was furious and i am still mourning Dawns departure. Then I switched to a different cellphone provider shortly after that debacle. Cellcom pushed further to bill me for an entire month's of cellphone service after only having our phone active 10 days at most for that cycle. Cellcom cut my phone service off leaving me with no phone service at all. Ive been a loyal customer of theirs for over a decade too!!! I received no empathy what so ever from Cellcom for the loss of my 1st love. All they want is my money money money. They are greedy with a mob like mentality. They even threatened to report me to a collection agency if I didn't pay what I shouldn't even owe them. The are local bullies and we all should boycott Cellcom in Wisconsin.
