They can sell you, but they are not ready to deal with any problems afterwords. You will have to leave them at the first problem and look elsewhere, all they say about their Customer Service is a bunch of lies, they are not ready to serve people as needed. Another Israeli company trying hard to make you beleive that their untrained staff can help you shouting at you.

After arranging to move apartments a technician came to my new place and did not manage to connect me. Nobody followed up with me. A week later I was told I could get a new technician in only another week. I canceled cellcom for a carrier who could connect me the next day. Cellcom REFUSES to refund me the money I paid for those 2 weeks without service when it was their technician who couldn’t connect me! Never going back to them!!! Horrible logic and customer service. תתביש לך!

My wife just got charged 240 shekels for calling the US after Cellcom changed her plan to reduce her minutes from 500 to 50 a month.

After being a customer for 22 years, I’m disappointed to say Cellcom has sold out. They used to be a company that kept themselves apart from their competitors by not being solely driven by the dollar…no more. Went in to upgrade my phone. The ad said IPhone 13 for $0.00….well, that is crap. First they told me my plan was insufficient and I had to upgrade it. Funny, I was in less than 3 months ago and they did a plan review for me and told me I had a great plan…then I asked if I could trade my existing phone in. They used to give a price and credit my bill a couple months later. Now I was told I had to trade my phone in, and received 0 dollars…and my favorite…the sales rep said that due to high prices of everything I had to pay a $30 upgrade fee. We have a multi line plan and have bought and traded multiple phones…so this free phone ended up costing me $27 per month and an upgrade fee. I called the home office to discuss and the moron I spoke with was a complete idiot I ended up hanging up on him. We have paid Cellcom well into the 5 figures over 22 years and all I earned for it was stupidity and greed. We are leaving and i suggest everyone do the same….they are sellouts

This is the worst internet, mobile and tv company. They do everything to get you to sign with them and as soon as you become a member they cut your phone service every second day! They have suspended my line 3 times because they dont know how to register a Canadian credit card. I told them that I was waiting for my credit card from my Israeli bank but they couldn't care less. They hardly have someone that speaks english and yet when its time to convince you to register they definetly have someone. Olim DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have been with Cellcom for 13 years. They were the only company I was ever planning on going to maintain a relationship with but they haven't kept up with the demand of modern cellular services and it will be their downfall. When I upgraded to a smartphone I was using on average 4 gigabytes of data a month. suddenly one night (coincidentally a few hours before the end of my monthly billing cycle) my data shot up to 11 gigabytes used in one night. I literally doubled the amount of data I normally use in one month into one night and their technology wasn't smart enough to warn me or cutoff my data so I woke up the next morning to a massive fine for going over my data and they never credited my carryover of unused data from the past. I had concerns that someone was tampering with my phone and the only thing they could offer was pay the hefty fine and pay more for a "double data deal". I later had a customer service rep admit that they were experimenting with a Volte data service since they are running behind with cellphone technology and the customer had to pay for being the guinea pigs. My phone kept draining data and eventually it completely gave out on me. It turns out I had insurance on the phone guised as a "t3 service" so I was going to use it to get the iPhone SE since I will be in the service and really don't need a flashy new phone yet. When I went to the reseller's place of business they said I could either make a call and still pay $178 for an older model phone or just pay $35 and I would get the new iPhone 13. I was so happy I bought some Airpods not knowing it was a *3 YEAR CONTRACT* for a product I didn't come in for. I looked over the data and found both the "new" iPhone and Airpods were defective since day one. Luckily Apple is helping because I wasted my time trying to talk to Cellcom. NEVER AGAIN with these scam artists. Their only solution is pay more while so many other carriers have much better coverage and deals. Save yourself the time please.

Make sure you call Cellcom and increase your data or they will charge you $15 a gigabyte. I went over by 9G and they charged me $135. If I would have called to add data I would have been charged $15/3G! Completely dishonest!

Delayed receipt of texts, voicemail, and calls by as much as 3 days. Now happening almost every day, independent of phone location.. Very weak signal strength in my neighborhood. These Problems began almost immediately after subscribing, and have never been corrected. Unreliable service, should have never changed my carrier. They try to assign these many problems to the device, namely Apple, rather than investigate and correct. Biggest technological mistake of my life; should have never switched from Verizon, whom I had no issues with in 5+ years of service.
