I have ordered 2 items from this company and they keep saying the item is on is way but I never receive them. I can’t afford to keep ordering from this company and not receive my product. I ordered the brush for cats then I ordered the rolling toy for cats. Didn’t receive neither one .im done. They only deserve a o from me. I had 2 orders one sept.19 for the and one oct. 14. Didn’t receive neither one. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Bought the spin kit electric ball for my kitten. The toy has worked twice for my kitten, it says ‘6 hours of play on full charge’ it gives about 30 mins if even, now when I plug it in to charge it’s stopped working altogether, waste of money don’t buy from these scammers! Also don’t let them con you and pay for ‘fast delivery’’ it takes two weeks either way it’s coming from china 🫠

Don't buy off this company!!!! Ordered the Pawlour cat toys, took 2weeks to arrive from China and then only worked for 30mins before breaking!!! Customer service offered to send new one, which I said was pointless and I wanted a full refund. They said I would have to send it back to China and only offered $8 when it cost me £16!!!!

I ordered the bird that moves and chirps. But it does not do that. It doesn't move at all. I contacted the customer service and they said they would refund 8euro or send a new one. I opted a new one, but it has been over a month and still have not heard from them since.

This company is bull crap! Like the many reviews below I ordered an item and it was never delivered. The shipping company Uni Uni is to blame, I believe they stole or lost my package but the vendor did nothing! Worst service for some crap instagram product fuxk youuu!!
