Fell victim to an Instagram ad for their cute little birdies for cats. Complete BS! Got a shipping/tracking #...been waiting over a month for delivery. Asked for a refund. Denied as they claim that the products will eventually get delivered.

Do not purchase from this company. I never received the product. Asked for a refund and was told they could not issue one because the package was “delivered.” Sent me a “tracking number”‘which showed the package was delivered to an address in Switzerland. I live in the US. Disputed the charges with my credit card company.

TOTAL SCAM: Bought the simulated chirping bird toy and paid $34 dollars for garbage - no flapping wings, no bird chirps - cheap material and feathers. No response from emailing Celery Pets to complain and asking for reimbursement for faulty toy. Buyers be ware and check out trust pilot and scam advisor for heaps of bad reviews and warnings of scam - total theft!

It arrived from Chinese dropshop and it works exactely as described but our cat is very afraid of it. It is too big. They accept returns and fully refund but the shipping is own expense so it doesn't make any sense.

I didn't get the cat toy that was advertised! It was supposed to be a chirping bird with flapping wings. I basically paid £20 for a bird that doesn't move but makes a chirping sound. I've been scammed! I don't usually impulse buy, but I thought my cat would love it. Talk about being disappointed. Why oh why did I not search for reviews first.😔

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Like many others I purchased the chirping cat toy with wings that flap, The toy I received only chirps (really quietly), tried to return it and was told that was fine but I would have to cover the postage, to China. Dreadful scam company
