I ordered a Rollieball for my cat. The item arrived in just five days, but after two days the item stopped working. I have charged it, but nothing happens. I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing, I cannot believe that they are still trading.

I purchased an interactive ball toy for my cat from this company. Despite sending them multiple emails and contacting Amazon disputes team, I eventually received the item. However, the toy has already stopped working, as I’ve been charging it for days. The light flashes red for hours and it does not work once fully charged. This is absolutely appalling. Why are you selling faulty equipment to customers, which only last 2/3 weeks. You’re stealing money from customers and providing an inadequate service!! Your company will soon be closed down!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a cat toy. It never arrived. They replied once to my query but did not resolve the issue and have ignored me since. Goods are shipped from China! Tip: if you must buy from these companies, always use your credit card. You have a chance to get your money back via the bank.

It's a scam, I spent £16 on a cat toy. It never arrived. when I checked it said it had been delivered 10 days earlier, but no proof, photo etc. They replied to my first email and gave me a fake tracking number. Then they stopped replying. I wish I had looked on here first.

I ordered a palm rubber brush for my 8 cats. You fill top and when charged, mist of water sprays. It actually works really well. The don't sent plug, I guess because most people have for mobile ph . Lots of bad reviews here but my experience has been good. I hope it continues to work otherwise I will be gutted

I was going to order a few things from celerypets, but something told me to research and read reviews. Good thing I did! Thank you guys, you saved me from a huge headache. I'm sorry about your bad experiences. We just have to be careful when buying anything from China.
