Stolen designs. Stolen product photos and videos. Quality is far worse then they advertised (because they don't show their product). Item is missing key features that they show (it's not their product in the page)

So far, waiting for customer service to respond again. The brush finally arrived, but is defective. If I get a response, return and refund, I will update here.

Ordered the speedy ball cat toy. It arrived from China, worked for about an hour and the died. Absolutely terrible product.

Absolutely garbage. I got a mat that says clearly on it it's for babies not cats. Burst within minutes. I've asked for a refund. Don't think I'll get one 😕

This is the worst company ever , said it was out for delivery then said no reply and card left, none of this is true . Don’t buy from them

Horrible!! Still waiting for my shipment from February. I keep checking and it says it is shipping. As I now read reviews, I wish I had before I purchased the item. Never again!

Zero stars. I ordered a pet water mat that boasted it was made of good quality plastic material resistant to pets. Within the first 3 minutes there was a hole punctured in it. It was no better quality than a child’s float you can get at a dollar store. There was a picture of a baby on the package so it is clearly not made specifically for pets. Way overpriced garbage! Buyer beware. I have asked for my money back and will see how that goes!
