DO NOT use CCS Medical Services. As noted in all the reviews they are without a doubt the worst. I’ve been calling since 12/15 for my syringe order & they NEVER sent it!! I’ve called numerous times & spoke to a rep who told me the previous rep lied to me about my order!! I die not being able to take my insulin. Today is 1/7 and I STILL haven’t received my syringes!! I was told they DO NOT have syringes!! I need to wait for their warehouse to get them!! They lied & said my doctor never sent in a prescription. Guess what I called my doctor office & they never received a subscription request!! My doctor’s office had to contact their CCS representative. Sadly CCS representatives aren’t trained and they just don’t comprehend we can die without our needed supplies. This is the most unprofessional company and I am researching other medical supply companies.

There's no end to the abysmal customer service at CCS. They have no issue charging your credit card the minute you order supplies. When the customer is owed a refund, they will hold onto your money for as long as possible. It's criminal. Horrible, horrible company.

Customer Service is horrible!!!! Our last order for Dexcom7 was late in being shipped. I called and paid extra for next day. It did not come until 3 days later and was only 3 of the 9 monitors with no explanation. I called and was on hold for well over 30 minutes for I got to speak with someone who then told me that monitors were on back order. I just used the last of the 3 and have not received. More. I called the number on their website and after holding for over 30 minutes, I was told that I had to be transferred to a different department. They tried to transfer me but no answer and was then asked if I wanted to call back even though they could not give me the number for the correct department. I told her no, why would I call the wrong # again just to hold another 30 minutes to get transferred.

Several years ago I had to work with this company and was always going in circles trying to get my supplies. They don't seem to care that these are life sustaining supplies and needed by deadlines (Literally!). If you don't keep calling you will be forgotten about. Now I am forced to use them again and like years ago I am having the exact same problems. I have never had a company this terrible to deal with.

I have been trying for a month to get my Abbott Libre3 sensors from CCS Medical. I keep getting BS answers as to why they are not shipping. They consistently lie. This is a terrible company to work with and I do not understand why Humana uses them as a partner. Do not use them.

This place does not deserve 1 star. From 1 to 10 I would give them -99. My order says waiting on documentation & they have confirmed that they have all the documentation.

Before agreeing to use ccs medical as your supplier, do yourself a favor and explore all options. Ccs is terrible at getting supplies to you on a very needed timely basis. Their communication with doctors office is terrible. I continually have difficulty getting my orders from this company. The latest has taken over 4 phone calls and multiple emails with no results. I’ve just found several other suppliers for diabetes equipment so it’s time to give them a try. They can’t possibly be worse than ccs. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. Look around!

I tried again today to order supplies …was told I owed money for December delivery that I never received …so they said pay 300 dollars or all delivery’s will be suspended till I pay ….i said I never got shipment and was told talk to billing ….billing said talk to shipping …shipping said talk to ordering department ….round and round with NO resolve ….now I’m back to shots and finger sticks …ALL because ccs is a piece of crap company
