I have been on the pump for 10+ years and never had this much problems getting my supplies. First time ordering from them they sent me the wrong size tubing without asking what size I use. When I sent them back for replacements they did not send them out and I had to call. I was put on hold so many times so the person could get the approval to send out my replacements. This is the worse company I have ever used. If I could I would give them a -10 star.

Order was late and I am out of supplies. No one from CCS contacted me or my doctor about new rx. Now I am sitting at home and my supplies are not shipped after 26 hrs after sending new rx yesterday on the computer. Government and Big pharma at their best

NEVER USE THEM!!!They ran out of my Tslim sites and when I called they tried to get me to switch site types instead of just tubing size. They cause am alarm for the other kind that shuts my pump down so I cannot use them. After a week of calls they said we could switch tubing and that we needed a doctor prescription for that. They would not send it to my doc the right way. Finally someone said we didn’t need that and they could just switch it. We called multiple times, each over an hour hold time, and it was confirmed they were shipped. I am on my last site today and it is leaking. I called to see where they are, they are low on stock so will not ship. No call. Just let me run out and didn’t say anything. Now they want to switch me again to the other kind but I will have to switch to shots for now. To be LIED to about medical supplies when I could die from it is wild.

I'm trying to switch from the tandem 2X slim to the mobi. I had no choice at all because tandem required me to use them. This has been going on since January of this year and now they're telling me I won't receive it here till September. First thing they tried to do was screw me out of $950 saying that I didn't have any secondary insurance. That information was supplied by Tandem right off the bat. That took a month to clear that issue up. Then they said it was arrive in July and now September. I just get the runaround every time I call. It's BS. If I could cancel I would and go to any other company but as far as I know this is the only one available.

After ccs charged me 150.00 for 6 gcm sensors then stalled will excuses I am happy that you did. First off my insurance DOSENT have any copay.so what is the 152.45 I was charged for? Second you asked for my medical records which is a hippa violation. Pay attention ccs I am contacting the Florida attorney General office. I just picked up the sensors at cvs and wasn't charged anything. YOUR COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND YOU JUST POKED THE SLEEPING BEAR

I placed my T-Slim order insulin pump supplies every 3 months for years. My order was supposed to to ship on June 20th, but nothing shipped so I called! CCS kept reminding me of June 20th shipping date 2x a week for 3 weeks. Anyway, there was nothing so I called. They are back ordered on a very important piece of diabetes equipment and have no clue when they will receive it. I would have thought they would have called me with an alternative! NOPE, you’re on your own. No customer service…NONE! So when I called I asked for an alternative and she said I could receive a 43 inch tubing w/ cannula and a 9 mm needle. The other alternative was a 23 inch tubing with a smaller 6 mm needle. Easy peasy pick one or the other to which I did and should receive package in 3 days. Had I not called or asked about alternatives who knows how long I would be without crucial diabetic parts! It’s unbelievable to me that they do absolutely nothing to help their customers! This is how most medical distributors operate! They all have garbage for reviews! Great job……NOT!

It literally took 7 weeks to start getting my diabetes supplies from them. I was on a Tandem T-Slim pump and wanted to switch to Mobi. I would get conflicting information every time I spoke with someone, inaccurate updates and broken promises. I was referred to them by Tandem and hope Tandem rethinks that partnership. They ARE HORRIBLE.

You’re left guessing whether your order even exists while relying on supplies that are not optional. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a failure to understand the seriousness of what customers depend on. I cannot recommend a service that treats critical healthcare needs this casually.
