This company is horrible at communication!!! I have had to deal with CCS since early this summer. I have done nothing but make call after call asking about my dad’s supplies. One example of the MANY issues is: my dad was told he did not qualify for the insulin pump. Then just a couple hours later he received an email with a UPS tracking number for the supplies that were just shipped. I could honestly write a book about all the issues I have had!! Will be checking with his doctor about alternative supplier!!

this is the 3rd time I have called about my g6 sensors getting sent and still have not talked to anyone! in the last 3 days I have been on hold for a totale1 of 5 hours. today I have not been disconnected yet but the day is still young! The website says still on hold due to documentation missing but it doesn`t say what documentation? After 5 years nothing has changed so what's missing that wasn't there before? I have even texted but still NO CALL BACK!!

Been waiting for my medical supplies now for 4+ weeks as supplies dwindle, of course I've re-ordered due to the dwindling. After 2 prior phone calls both requiring a 30 minute wait I made a 3rd (and again waited) and during this call they demanded a $75.00 Co-Pay which I did pay. Then after another 2+ weeks waiting & noting that for the past 2 weeks their own Internet site stated my order was entirely green lighted to ship it had not.........so I called a 4th time and again waited and the agent told me my products were on hold pending payment - then she said "oh, I see you already paid"..........I had to waste 40 minutes of my time just to inform these idiots they already had my money..................I am really quite sure all this company cares about is money, patients are of little concerne.
