Outstanding Customer Service!!! I placed an order and failed to apply the promo discount. After emailing support I quickly received a reply informing me the discount had been applied and a refund issued in said amount. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Ordered 2 iphone cases over a month ago, nothing has arrived while 2 other orders (ordered after this one) arrived on time from the U.S to me 2 weeks ago, their customer support only sends me automatic messages with same sentences and with lies about no airplanes. (As i said other orderes done the same way and came super fast) never got worse customer service from a company like i got fro caudabe. Stay away. Dont give them your money.

Hi Eran, Sorry to hear about your poor experience, especially since you're a first timer! It looks like like our customer support team has replied back to you 4 times. And, rest assured, you're dealing with very real people. :) In fact, we're a bit obsessive about providing good customer service, which probably explains all the positive Trustpilot reviews! That said, as our support team mentioned to you, Israel where you're located is indeed experiencing delays as confirmed by our shipping carrier. The issue stems from delays with customs processing. We work with multiple carriers, and we're seeing this across the board. All that said, your packaging is just awaiting clearance at Israeli customs and should be delivered soon. In addition, our support team has already reached out to you to offer a replacement package as a courtesy, as well as a discount for the inconvenience. Apologies again for the inconvenience. We wish we could walk the package over to you in Israel ourselves! While the vast majority of orders to Israel arrive quickly and without issue, it does look like carriers are experiencing temporary delays there. Either way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. I'll give this a solid 5 not because of the product but because of the superb customer service. I had the Sheath for a while it was great but then as im using it on a daily it tends to show the magsafe ring at the back because of the strong magnet thus collecting dust. I have ask Caudabe if this is an actual issue and I am not sure if this is a reason for replacement. They saw my side of the story and decided to give me another one and suggested the Synthesis, I said Ok let try it. It arrived and a week after use, it was still brand new. Now the Synthesis is my new favorite because of its minimalist design, its clean look and the awesome huilt quality. Can't go wrong with this case.

Very happy with the purchase, years acquiring these products (including the other cases) and they are of the best quality and elegance. If we also add the great protection it provides, it makes it the ideal case for many. The Navy blue color is beautiful, I recommend it 100%. Also mention the great job they do in the post-sale service with the constant feedback between company and client.

Caudabe makes really great phone cases and accessories! I’ve used a Caudabe case for the past several years and wouldn’t put any other phone case on my phone. They make great charging accessories as well with their charging block and charge flex cable. Customer service has always reached out pretty quickly and have always solved any issue I’ve had with no problems. All in all, a great company.
