I had shipping issues and Megan was super nice about sending me a replacement. Installation of the screen protector was super easy and the case feels and looks great.

Caudabe makes incredible products and I absolutely love their Sheath line. I’ve had multiple versions as the newer phones come out and have never been disappointed. Great quality, durability and their customer service is incredible. Highly recommend.

The clear case had 3 large air bubbles in it. It looked cheap. Definitely not worth the cost.

The representative over at Caudabe got back to me very quickly and they made the minor issue that I had right. They clearly stand behind their amazing products and their customer service is second to none! They shipped me out a replacement case in no time! I would recommend 100 out of 10 times..It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

I had a damaged case which needed replacement so i reached out to their customer support via email. And within a few mins i already received a reply from Megan (A real person. Not a bot). She went straight to the point and asked me if i wanted a replacement or if i wanted to exchange it for a sturdier case. She then provided me with the code i needed to order a new case. She solved my problem within 2 emails which were 2-3 sentences each at the most. Even her replies only took 2-3 minutes. Im very happy with my case, but i am happier with the customer service Megan provided me. 😊

Very disappointing. Their phone cases look to be good quality, however you will be waiting well over a month to receive it if ordering from outside of USA. In comparison, I ordered a PS5 (a far bigger package than phone case) from the US at the same time, which took only 2 weeks to reach me here in AU. This business seriously needs to reconsider their freight provider...

Helpful, I have wrongly placed an order. After emailing support I quickly received a reply informing me the step to deal with, and i get my order very soon
