Ordered a case on a Friday evening and realized a few hours later that I chose the wrong item. Emailed support and Megan responded that night and made note to swap in the correct case, no questions asked. Showed up quickly and they did indeed send the correct case! Love the case, had the same one for years on another phone.

This is probably the best case I’ve owned for the iPhone 12 Pro Max! The fit is great, I love how thin the iPhone feels, and the MagSafe magnet is strong. Overall I love this case,and have nothing negative to say about it.

Do not buy anything from this company. Order my case but never receive. The courier said they never receive physical parcel from Caudabe … what a strange company

My recent order of the iPhone 15 Pro Max Sheath with the cutout for the Action Button is fantastic. I was having an issue with a cheap case I bought while awaiting yours of pressing the Action Button accidentally and activating a function. Your case not only solved that problem but it’s stylish and functional. Thank you Caudabe for great products year after year.

Excellent product and company! On the product side, Caudabe makes some of the best cases in the entire market. They are designed thoughtfully down to every detail and fit well with the Apple ecosystem. The Sheath might be THE best case for any iPhone. On the support side, that is where they really stand out and set themselves apart. The few times I have had to use support, the response has always been very quick and they have always been extremely friendly and eager to help. Each time has been smooth and hassle-free. One time, the box arrived empty (it happens, it's ahrd to catch every single thing at such a high volume), but they immediately sent out a new one without any hoops to jump through on my part. The most recent time, I ordered the Synthesis for my new phone (even though I have always ordered the Sheath) since the color I wanted was back ordered. When it arrived, I could tell it was a great case, but it was not quite the Sheath which I have come to know and love. I messaged them and they generously made the exchange process super easy and didn't even have me jump through hoops to return the original one I ordered (they asked that I either donate to a friend or recycle it). I will continue to buy from Caudabe and will continue being a loyal customer as long as they keep up these practices and treat their customers well.
