Great cases - exceptional customer service from Megan.

I ordered my case based on reviews, price point, and design. My case was supposed to arrive one week after being ordered, but was accidentally put in another mailbox. I contacted the support team and they replied within the 24 hr promise mark. After days of waiting, I was planning on filing a claim. My support specialist was totally accommodating and was working to help resolve my issues. The neighbor that accidentally received my package left it on my doorstep and I was happy to finally receive it. Everything checked out great (slim, sleek, and protective) without breaking the bank. Shot out to Meghan for the support. Highly recommend Caudabe.

Great item! The caudabe sheath!

Looks like this is the only way I can reach this company as they don’t answer emails. I’ve already checked my spam folder multiple times and they haven’t replied. And this isn’t the first time either. I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro lucid case on 28/1/24 (EJ92M83450297FJ3OX) and I haven’t even received confirmation that you’ve received the order. Money has been taken out of my bank account. Crucial emails are not replied to whereas they’re always ready to send promotional emails, which I receive without a problem into my inbox. I am really sick of your customer service. I would like to know what you’re doing with my order and when I will be receiving it! The last order got to me months after I placed it. I have written to the email address provided on your website so I don’t see why you cannot respond in a timely manner. I will expect news of my order asap. Thanks.

I originally saw this case while I was at an Apple Store. I noticed this guy had one of the Caudabe cases on his iPhone. I immediately asked where he got it, and I found out about the Caudabe brand. I ordered this Synthesis case and I absolutely love the look and feel of it. The fabrication is very high-quality, looks awesome and feels bulletproof. The ShockLite polymer that they make the case out of feels super grippy. Great texture! And the MagSafe magnet they use feels stronger than usual. Very secure. I highly recommend this case!

A new and huge fan. I purchased a Lucid, and it was a great case -- the quality and clarity were great. But about a week after I set that up, I did drop it (on tile), and the case cracked and broke. Phone was 100%, though. I sent a note to Caudabe, and they offered to swap me into the Sheath. I sort of wanted something clear, but I took their advice. And I'm very glad I did. The Sheath is easily the best case I have ever owned (or seen). Grip is great, it's not too heavy, and it's obviously a high quality product. Haven't "tested" it yet with a drop, but I feel very confident that this is a keeper. Will be buying Caudabe for all of my cases in the future. Great product, great service. Love it.
