I purchased a Caudabe case almost a year ago and recently dropped it causing damage to the power button and camera button. I noticed they added a buttons bundle for sale. I emailed asking if I purchased the buttons if they could swap the volume buttons out for a camera button even though that’s not one they have listed for sale in the button bundle. They responded so quickly and they told me they would be happy to send a replacement camera button for free! They took total care of me, giving me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Will always support and be a repeat customer of this company.

I purchased the Sheath for the S26 ultra and after just a few months the button coating peeled off. I was not too happy about the reply when I reached out to support, however, their reddit team made sure I was taken care of and did the right thing by organizing a free replacement at no additional cost. They have earned a life time customer and will be highly recommending Caudabe when there is a case recommendation discussion!

My favorite cases, hands down I've been buying Caudabe cases for years now and I keep coming back every time I get a new phone. They just get it right. The Synthesis is the one I use every day. It has that ShockLite edge that takes drops really well, and the grip is great, so the phone never feels like it's about to slip out of my hand. Still, it doesn't look bulky at all. When I'm going somewhere a bit more dressy, I swap to the Paragon. It looks and feels more elegant, with a smooth, refined finish that I really like. I also have the Sheath, which is super slim and light with a nice texture that feels good in the hand. And honestly, their customer service deserves its own mention. Every time I've contacted them, they answered quickly and actually helped. That's not something you see often these days. Great cases, great people. I don't plan on switching anytime soon.

A little bit slow to respond to my initial return request, likely due to a spike in demand caused by new iPhone launch, but ultimately the service was good and I would recommend. Great products also. i would give 4.5 stars if possible.

Was on the fence about buying a Sheath case for my iPhone 18 Pro Max, but I'm glad I did, I use to have a Spigen case but found the Caudabe really nice, a huge step up in quality. The grip is really solid, the fitting really nice. I also bought a pack of red buttons to go with my black case, changing them over was simple and it's a really nice little touch, where I can swap the buttons to a different color if I choose to. Magsafe grip is as strong on my case as my older Spigen case, so no complaints from me.

Great company with great products. They stand behind their stuff, too. That's what matters most. A company is only as good as their post-sale support and Caudabe delivers. Highly recommend! Innovation AND customer service both deliver in a big way.

Excelent cases, excelent support nothing to complain about. Fits and protects best. One only thing : it would be nice if there was a option to order here in Europe.
