I’ve been extremely impressed with Caudabe from start to finish. Their cases are high quality, fit perfectly, and have done a great job protecting my phone. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. My case was accidentally damaged during an unexpected incident at home that was completely my fault—not a manufacturing defect. I reached out simply to ask if there was anything they could do, fully understanding that it wasn’t covered under their warranty. Their team responded quickly, was incredibly kind throughout the entire process, and, to my surprise, offered to send me a replacement. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and it speaks volumes about the way they treat their customers. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Caudabe exceeded every expectation. They’ve earned my trust and my future business, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I’ve purchased a few things from them in the past but wanted a new item, I was having trouble with a discount code getting to me and they worked quickly to resolve the issue. Very happy with their support team. Products are amazing.

Really love the minimal look of all the products. I have purchased cases for my phone and earbuds as well as the screen protector. All very high quality and I cannot recommend them enough. Customer support is always responsive, extremely helpful and provide quick resolutions.

To each his own. While my wife & daughter regularly break & crack phones it never happens to me. What i like; it slides into pocket without effort. But the grip is just enough for a grip. Light weight. Perfect fitting snug grip but still easy to remove. My 3rd caudabe case. What I don’t like;;; nothing. Best, Randy

seems like a great price for a decent product and upon ordering it I noticed that I put the wrong address in so I was kind of nervous at first that it wouldn’t arrive to the correct place and seeing that I needed to notify them by email I became more nervous, but my nerves were quickly calmed when I reply to the email as instructed in my order confirmation telling them I needed to update the address and what address I needed to be and I was quickly within a day (and this is over the weekend. We’re usually you don’t hear back ) emailed back with a confirmation that they or they had updated the address and exactly what they had updated it to and letting me know if I needed any other issues resolved, extremely happy and feeling reassured
