Worst customer service ever! The order never arrived. They wouldn’t give me a tracking number or tell me when it shipped after 10 days. When I suggested to go ahead and cancel my order if they can’t meet the deadlines they canceled it right away. Clearly, this company is not serious about keeping customers and cats happy.

Awful awful awful. I decided to sign up via an Instagram ad. Sign up was easy as was paying for the intro package. Then nothing. I got a notice that the package was being shipped and then nothing. Kept checking the tracker and per USPS, "Your item was picked up by a shipping partner. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." I tried emailing their customer service and received nothing from them in nearly 72 hours and counting. They also have text customer service and no response there either. This was all attempted over weekdays. I can't even get help with a refund. The lack of a phone number is a turn off as there is no help if things go awry. I'm going to get my money back and seek out a new option. Buyer beware, the food may be good, but I wouldn't know as I never received it.

My cats love this food. It looks and smell like great quality and real meet.

I started using Cat Person for a cat I was fostering who needed some help adjusting to indoor life. Not only did he love the dry food, but the toys are indestructible! Now that he has gone on to his furever home, I'm in the process of switching my newest foster onto Cat Person. He has had a rough life as a stray and is loving the taste of good food! Cats are totally sold on it, and I am too. On the human side of things, I love that I can legitimately smell the difference in quality from typical cat food. Plus, the customer service is amazing. One of my packages got lost in the post-holiday crunch, and they sent me a replacement that arrived ~3 days later. There are not enough good things to say about Cat Person! One thing that I think I will note, however, is that it is a little expensive, especially if someone has multiple cats; but, because of how high-quality everything I've tried has been, I would say it's 100% worth it.

I decided to try Cat Person because of the wet food, which is all meat except for a little tapioca as a thickening agent. No gums, no carrageenan, no gluten, or other starches or veg. Just meat, and my cat loves it. The dry food, on the other hand, is no better or worse than any other "grain free" food out there. Just too much plant material (Peas) for my sensitive guy. Very few manufacturers get kibble right with a less than 1% carb (no grain, no plant material.) This is not that and it's too much plant for a cat. I like the chunks of dried meat, but it's not enough to offset the filler, which gives him the poops. I'll be sticking to the wet food as long as he will eat it.

I purchased a cat canopy (aka as I call it, the cat hut) for my cats for Christmas. They love it. There is very rarely a time without one of the cats curled up asleep on it. Good product, easy to setup...and again the cats love it. Well worth the price.

My cats were a little hesitant at first but it took them no time to adjust to the flavor. They like the shreds better than the pate. It is a good purchase and the product is healthy for my cats.I will be ordering more of the Cat Person Cat food. Thank you Ptricia
