We’ve been huge Cat Person fans since the beginning! Our elderly cat is very picky about the kind of food she eats, and we are mindful of the ingredients in her food. After trying multiple different brands, we’ve found that Cat Person is the one brand our kitty consistently loves and that we feel good about feeding her (especially the gravy treats). Plus, the customer service is awesome!

They always take forever to get delivered with every excuse under the sun, but my cats love the food. This time it’s a bit much, first they gave my package to the wrong carrier then instead of just shipping me a new order, they are looking for my old one. They gave me 10% back for the trouble which goes towards the gas it costs to go to the pet store. Thanks? This is a great product but the shipping is awful.

Placed order through Facebook advertisement. Entered my credit card information. Everything went down hill from there. Did not receive the E-mail required to set up my account. Sent messages to E-mail and Text to contact information listed on the website. No response. My credit card was charged. Had to report my credit card as compromised since Cat People seem to be out of business. After numerous tries to contact support all failed I would not recommend Cat People.

Hi Brent! We're so sorry to hear that you didn't receive your meal plan reminder emails. I do see that a member of our team was able to help you out, but if there's anything else you need, please don't hesitate to let us know.

The food is fine but the shipments take forever. Usually a week or more from when CatPerson says they've shipped it until it actually hits the mail system, then you still have to wait for delivery. The first 3 months on the service we had to buy emergency food from another supplier. We kept trying to shorten the time, or add more food, but it never comes on time. Pretty annoying.

Can’t comment on the quality, as my order has not been delivered after nearly 2 weeks. Tried to cancel, but got some cheery malarkey about the impossibility, even though their tracking shows my order still waiting to be shipped. Even if they do have a superior product, their customer service and shipping malpractice will sink their company.

2 of my 4 cats won't touch Cat Person wet food. The other two will only eat some of the flavors.

We're so sorry to hear that 2 of your cats aren't taking to the new food! We totally understand that cats can be picky creatures, which is why we always recommend slowly introducing any new food over the course of 1-2 weeks. Have you tried our transition method out? You can find it at catperson.com/transition-guide If that's still not working for your kitties, send us an email at [email protected] so we can learn a little more about them and provide an alternative solution!

We are on day one of our transition. The kids (Mango, Shadow and Roxy) got their usual wet food that I call their ‘junk food’ and half a container of the Salmon & Tuna from Cat Person. I thought for sure they’d eat all the junk food and maybe nibble on the Cat Person. I was shocked that not only did they eat all the Cat Person but they left the junk food on the plate! Now they are following me around trying convince me to give them the rest!

We're SO happy that Mango, Shadow and Roxy are loving their new food! They sound like the ultimate trio, and we couldn't be more excited to have you all as customers!
