Idk what’s taking so long to send a text message or email. The site is fraud. I haven’t received my shoes or updated not a tracking number.

Ordered a pair of shoes that never shipped after a month. Customer service (Jenna- clearly a bot) responded to my requests initially apologizing for the delay and told me I could cancel the order and be refunded. A month later and I still have not been refunded, and Jenna has stopped responding to emails. Do not do business with this company. I do not know why Shop supports this business, they should not be portrayed as a trusted business; they should be shut down.

It's a scam. Just read the terms of service and get ready to be amazed.

Placed order for sneakers over a month ago, sent multiple emails to customer service with no response,. Money was taken, Item never shipped.

I placed an order two weeks ago and after multiple requests have received no update on its status. I will now have to dispute through my credit card company since this doesn't appear to be a legitimate business.

I ordered 10 days ago, no delivery status, no one is answering emails and the customer service chat. Requested the refund. Still no answer! Will have to call my laywer next week
