Ordered July 5 now July 16th. Tracking shows label created but not shipped. I don't understand the delay but I'm being asked to rate the product?

Hi Lisa! Thank you for your feedback. You order is en route. We had to ship directly from our overseas warehouse and the item is arriving in the US today. Once the item is processed and turned over to the USPS, the domestic tracking information provided will activate. That usually takes a day or two and then you should receive the delivery shortly thereafter. We have a 5-10 business day shipping timeframe listed on every product and are working on presenting more accurate shipping times in the near future based on zip code.
