Hi Dawn, We are truly sorry that your products are not high quality. Contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right for you. We stand behind all of our products and take feedback like this very seriously. We will investigate these products immediately and remove them from our catalog if the vendor cannot assure us that future shipments will be of higher quality. Regarding shipping times - the majority of our catalog ships from our U.S. warehouses and fulfillment partners with delivery in 2-5 business days. In response to customer demand, we expanded our catalog to include additional items fulfilled directly from overseas vendors. These items have been a huge hit with customers, so we are in the process of working to bring them into our U.S. fulfillment centers and/or produce similar items domestically since we know fast shipping is important to our customers! We are 100% NOT a scam and are continually evolving based on feedback from our customers. We have had a few growing pains as a result of fast growth this year, but I think you will love what we are preparing to roll out over the next few months.
