I LOVE my mask! It was delayed in shipping because of the great demand, but Dan and his team kept me informed. It felt tight initially compared to a cloth mask, but I have adjusted and love it. Background: I am a pediatrician who had COVID early on with multiple long standing complications. I am back seeing patients and wanted a mask that would protect me since one can get this again. This is FDA approved as an N95 equivalent, and is not wasteful because the only thing that gets tossed is the tiny filter. I am getting ready to purchase another one in another color to "entertain" my patients! Thanks Dan!!!

Doesn't fit well, the seal it's supposed to provide opens up each time I talk, but even then it's very difficult to hear what i'm saying. If one doesn't need to talk wearing this, it's an excellent product. I do have to talk while wearing it, so it doesn't work at all.

I never received the masks I ordered. Ironically the only one that came was the free one.

I am an immunocompromised college student so this pandemic has been really scary for me. I was so concerned about returning to school in the midst of the pandemic but with my Castlegrade mask, I feel more at ease. I researched all the reusable N95s on the market and Castlegrade had the science to back up all of their claims and I couldn't be happier with the mask! It is comfortable to wear and provides some more security.

The silicone strap is too tight

the product is a great concept and it is well made. The execution of the product need some work though. The company was very good about replacing the original strap that was way to short. The new strap is OK but could still use a bit more length so the mask does not dig into my face. Masks need to be tight, I realize that, but if it is uncomfortable, it won't be used. That is the case with this mask for me. The other design flaw I found that the mask tips forward when you try to put it on because there is a narrow balance point where the mask meets the strap.
