Still having problems with the solar system they installed. They dont seem to know how to fix it. Also waiting for a replacement fridge door that was damaged during transport. I can not get anyone to call back and they have had my 5th wheel for over 2 weeks. Disappointed.

Sales experience was great and they gave the best price BUT... Service and tech is horrible. My trailer got dropped off and the hot water heater does not work, The electrical part of the fridge does not work, damage to the table / trim / and other areas (they said they would replace table and trim months ago but still have yet to see them. I've call service to walk me through fixing the hot water heater and fridge but they are ZERO HELP. Access panels they refer to don't exist and they have ZERO desire to fix it. I now have one hell of a expensive box with no fridge and hot water.

My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m extremely pleased with these folks at the Logan facility. They did what they said they would when they said they would. On top of that when I return around 10 days later to see about a adjustment on my unit unannounced, there service tech made the adjustment with no grumbling or moaning right then. I would use these folks again if the occasion occurred.
