Casiny has been a great platform! Iv had lots of fun but unfortunately recently instead of cash withdrawl I have tried crypto withdrawl which has now been pending for over 72hrs and when questioning support im just constantly told they are looking into it... I have cashed out in the past and never had a issue so am not worried I will not receive my funds just disappointed in the time frame to process a crypto withdrawl. Otherwise great casino

Matt, thanks for sharing this Really good to hear you have enjoyed Casiny overall and that your previous cashouts went smoothly, but we are sorry your recent crypto withdrawal has taken longer than you expected. Crypto payments can sometimes need extra checks, and we tried to contact you through Trustpilot for a few more account details so we could look into this properly but did not hear back within the time frame. If you are still waiting or would like us to review the transaction, please get in touch with our support team on live chat or by email at [email protected] Casiny Team

Great casino, sometimes you feel as if providers pay terrible compared to others but then you get a good win and you’re back to loving them. Customer service is top notch. VIP program is really well run. My VIP manager Dan goes over and above to look after me. Nearly everyday he works we talk . I refer anyone that is interested to these guys.

Don’t use this casino . They will take your money till you have a win then make it impossible to be verified. Bad customer support as they just repeat themselves over and over. Stay away.
Response from casiny.comNov 24, 2025

We reached out asking for a few more details so we could look into your case further, but we have not had a response yet, which means we have not been able to move things forward. Pretty good casino and when it’s hitting it really hits! Only downside is that crypto withdrawals sometimes take ages even when they state 9 hours for approval and 1 hour for deliver. Had mine sitting for 24 hours now and still not approved/sent. First withdrawal took less than an hour for approval and to receive.
