casiny.comReviews of casiny.com

Casiny has been the only website I play on if I want to jam in the comfort of my own home. Their online chat is amazing always on point with any questions I have. The withdrawal process has been super quick its insane. If you want to play online i would recommend casiny.

Honestly after seeing so much good feedback i decided to give it a go and let me tell you with only $50 deposit i had withdraw over $1000's with only a month of playing, Its fun and safe and a chat team who are willing to help you thru your rookie errors i would highly recommend it to anyone who has a midnight craving of the pokies lol

40 odd spins at $2 a spin without a single pay, not even 10cents. Around the 45 spin mark ($90 down) i won $5. I rate luckyhills way above casiny.

Have enjoyed all the games I have played. Small amounts were paid out within a hour, then I hit $400, $400, and a $1652. Took 4 days back and forth with customer support to finally get verified. Then told will be escalated to finance team and will hear back with a email from finance when it will be paid. But yet nothing. Little disappointing to have this happen as the casino is really fun. Hopefully they can fix this up asap and I will continue to play their games

Absolutely appalling casino. Before I ever deposited money I made sure my account was verified the 3 times I’ve withdrawn only smaller amounts have taken about 12 hours to process but I just won a higher amount and was asked to re verify my account which I done almost immediately it’s now been 4 days and still nothing. The documents I uploaded still havnt been looked at and my withdrawal is still pending and it’s been 4 days. Everytime I email and ask them what’s happening they tell me they are having a high demand of verifications but let’s face is 4 days and still not even a slight update is crazy! I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this casino and the one time I withdraw a high amount they ain’t responding or doing anything to process the payment. As of today I’ll be posting on my TikTok account that has 15.4 million followers warning everyone not to use this casino if they ever come across it because its absolutely unfair that they can do this.

easy to use ok

Newly registered. Iv deposited successfully and player a few slots with no issues. Im now currently in the process of KYC verification and have a pending withdraw. This will be a good test to see how fast, Hassel free this whole process is. I used crypto which should be the fastest way to deposit and withdraw. Hoping this not to drag out. I will edit my review and stars once I have a outcome! **Update** Verification was fairly simple and was approved within a few hours. withdrawal though is still in "pending" status after over 12 hours which is kind of discomforting... I have reached out to support multiple times and they tell me "sorry our hands are tied. It's being handled by another relevant, all we can do is follow up" Heads up Casiny! If you can fast track you withdrawal process similar to how your deposit process is (go figure🥴) you would have the same customers depositing again faster!

They have placed my account on a "Take a break" for 1 month without confirming with me i wanted to do that. I have 2k balance in my account and i have been waiting 11 days for them to withdraw those funds as i cannot access it any other way. Just keep getting told they are waiting for the relevant department to update them. I have had to contact their gaming license authority just to help me in getting a resolution as they dont want to pay out my remaining balance since they locked my account without my consent. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS HOPING YOU WILL JUST GIVE UP AND LET THEM KEEP THE MONEY YOU TRY WITHDRAW. **Update** withdrawal received however only after Tobique Gaming License Advisory Group got involved, still would not recommend gaming here.
