Poor experience with PAB. They are affiliates.
Used their PAB due to issue with a casino. They stopped engaging because I had previously instructed a solicitor (Altho no longer).
PAB then just ignored.
They are casino affiliates, they make money from you signing up with their links and losing money. Shouldn't expect anything different I suppose.
Website looks like it hasn't been updated in about 20 years.

Hello, yes of course we are affiliates. There are three types of arbitration services available to players: ones the casino pays for, ones you can pay for, or free services like ours where the Complaints team is paid by the site to do arbitration for our site users.
We've processed 11,000+ player complaints over the years and helped get over 15M€ returned to those players. So yes, you could expect something "different" because we've proven many, many times over that we help players whenever we can, independent of the casinos they play at.
In your particular case you made your issue a legal matter for the casino before you came to us. That effectively shuts the matter down as far as arbitration goes because as far as the casino is concerned they now face a potential legal case against them and must follow legally prudent channels as opposed to being open to discuss the case with an arbitrator like us.
All this was explained to you twice in the course of your PAB as well as being written into the PAB Rules which we asked you multiple times to read.
How many times do we have to say "if lawyers are involved our hands are tied"? Just because you asked your lawyer to "pause action" doesn't mean the casino suddenly forgets all that and is happy to return to square one. They never are, which is why we write that in the PAB Rules and repeat to players like yourself what the consequences are.
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to criticise us for actions we warned you against in the PAB Rules, but c'est la vie it seems.
We wish you success in the pursuit of your case. Next time, should you chose to return to us, please do read our PAB Rules and respect them. Much misunderstanding and disappointment will be avoided by doing so.

Max Drayman

I sincerely recommend Casinomeister!
Dear Readers 👋,
Each time I submitted a complaint to Casinomeister, they took it very seriously comparatively to some other platforms.
Even if they receive thousands requests, they are very fast to contact the casino representatives nor to investigate.
They resolved the major part of my cases and I received the money/bonuses that I was disputing.
They also offer a multitude of services like an online community, contests, reviews, advices and more!
Thanks Casinomeister for being a leader in the industry.
And for the dirty tongues 👉🏻 I was NOT paid for this review!
Have a wonderful day! ☀️
Respectfully,
Olivier from Canada 🇨🇦.

Hello Max,
I understand that you have now made your final decision, and I respect that you do not wish to reopen the case.
However, I would like clarification on one specific point because there appears to be an important change in the information available to you.
Earlier in the PAB process, you told me that the casino had not provided evidence to prove its accusation and that, without the casino's participation and evidence, there was effectively nothing you could do to progress the case.
You have now stated that you received a detailed report from the casino's Risk Department which provided additional details, answered your outstanding questions, and contained conclusive evidence that I deliberately exploited the game.
I am therefore asking only this: what specifically changed between those two positions? When did you receive the detailed Risk Department report, and what specific information in that report established that I deliberately used an exploit?
I understand that you cannot share confidential case evidence. I am not asking you to disclose confidential material. I am asking you to identify, in general terms, the specific basis for your conclusion that I deliberately exploited the game and that I knowingly misrepresented myself to the PAB.
I would appreciate a clear answer to those specific questions.
Thank you.

Hello Max,
I understand that you have made your final decision, and I respect that the final decision is yours to make. However, I would like to ask you to speak with me once before closing the matter completely, because I strongly disagree with the serious allegations you have made against me.
You have said that I deliberately exploited a game error and that I lied to you throughout the PAB process. I want to make it clear that I did not knowingly exploit any bug or deliberately manipulate the game.
I played Tower Legend regularly and had played it many times before. I did not know that there was a bug or error in the game. I did not create any bug, put anything into the game, or intentionally cause any error. From my perspective, I was simply playing the game as I normally did. I also suffered many losses while playing this game.
What I do not understand is why, before concluding that I deliberately exploited the game and lied to you, you did not first ask me directly about these specific allegations. You could have asked me whether I knew about any bug, whether I intentionally did anything unusual, what exactly I did during the relevant games, and what I understood was happening at the time.
I would have answered all of your questions honestly. After hearing my answers, you could still have made whatever decision you believed was appropriate. The final decision was always yours to make. My request is simply that I should have been given the opportunity to explain my side before being accused of deliberately exploiting the game and lying to you.
I am not asking you to reveal confidential information from BC.Game. I am asking you to give me an opportunity to respond to the specific allegations and explain what actually happened from my side.
If you are willing to speak with me, please ask me every question you believe is relevant. I will answer them directly and honestly. After that, you can make whatever decision you consider appropriate.
I am only asking for the opportunity to be heard before these serious accusations are treated as established facts.
Thank you.

Responding to the latest revision:
We did not ask you to delete your Trustpilot review, we asked you to revise it given that at that time we had come to an understanding that basically made your previous review obsolete.
You say "I am asking for a fair, transparent, and evidence-based resolution" but you should know very well from reading the PAB Rules that we are not at liberty to share evidence given to us by the casino because it belongs to them and they have not given permission for it to be published. If you want that evidence ask them, as we have said to you many times already.
The bottom line is that we make decisions based on the evidence we receive and our own judgement after 28 years in the online casino business. If that is not the service you were looking for then you have always been welcome to go elsewhere. Punishing us because you don't like the service we offer is unfair and uncalled-for. You continually lying and distorting the truth to suit you is precisely why we have banned you to encourage you to find somewhere else to take your complaints.

Responding to a previous version of the OP's post here:
"I sent a polite DM asking what changed between "no evidence" and "conclusive evidence" and respectfully disagreed with being called a liar. I did not ask to reopen the case. Result: My DM was closed and I was blocked from submitting further PABs and banned from Casinomeister for "disrespecting time and resources”.
The OP has a habit of deleting previous versions of their TP posts and writing over them, thus losing the continuity between what they post and our reply. As such I have quoted them above.
The OP says above that we closed the DM; that is not true, he closed it and we showed him evidence that he had.
In the OP’s complaint Ticket on Casinomeister he had said:
"I am not asking you to reopen the case or share confidential evidence. I would simply appreciate clarification on what changed between the earlier position and the final decision.”
Our reply to the OP there was as follows:
"What changed is that I received a detailed report from the casino Risk Department. That confirmed what they had said before, provided additional details and answered any of the outstanding questions I had.
... the fact is that you’ve denied using an game exploit throughout this entire process and the evidence shows that you did exactly that. In other words you lied to us to get us to work on your case. That is a violation of the PAB Rules which has now resulted in you being blocked from submitting further PABs to us. It is also profoundly disrespectful of our time and our resources which is why you will also be banned from further use of Casinomeister.”
After having spent countless hours on the OP’s case, explaining ourselves in detail many times, and respecting every one of their requests — including re-opening the case — we have been repeatedly attacked for our efforts. He lies when it suits him, routinely ignores the Rules of our service, and has repeatedly used Trustpilot as a weapon against us, then deletes his TP posts when they are no longer convenient for him. As such we no longer wish to continue our relationship with this person. That is our right and our final decision.

A very longstanding member with…
A very longstanding member with Casinomeister, after almost 20 years I have never had to use their funds recovery service "PAB", after getting the jerk around from one of their "accredited" casino's they recovered every penny that was being held back for a number of nonsensical reasons.
Great job and thanks to Max and his team.

My experience with Casinomeister has…
My experience with Casinomeister has been extremely disappointing. I reached out to them for help with resolving disputes, only to find a platform that is completely outdated and unresponsive to current industry standards.
Instead of focusing on mediation, Casinomeister takes an unnecessarily hostile approach. They immediately used my French nationality as an excuse to claim I shouldn't have been playing, without even asking for evidence or trying to understand the actual situation. It is unacceptable for a self-proclaimed mediation site to act in a way that is even more obstructive and dismissive than the casinos themselves.
Their process is slow, archaic, and lacks the efficiency that players expect today. Fortunately, I was able to rely on the mediation services of AskGamblers and Casino Guru. Thanks to their professionalism and modern approach, I was able to resolve my disputes and successfully recover my winnings (specifically 1,500€ from Pandido and 4,500€ from Caspero).
I strongly advise against using Casinomeister. If you are facing a real issue, turn to platforms that provide actual, effective support for players."

After my initial review
After my initial review, Max had decided to respond with utter nonsense.
What makes this entire situation so ridiculous is that Casinomeister keeps framing the timeline in a way that leaves out critical facts.
First, they continue implying that I canceled a withdrawal and immediately redeposited while the original bonus funds were still active. That is false. The withdrawal that was canceled was played completely down to a $0 balance. Only AFTER the balance was exhausted did I redeem another bonus code, make another deposit, and continue playing. The winnings in question came after that sequence. I had screenshots and transaction history showing this.
Second, I was instructed to keep my complaint short and concise during the investigation. Despite having additional screenshots and evidence available, I was never asked to provide them before a decision was made. Later, the narrative became “you never submitted evidence,” even though there was never a proper evidence review process in the first place.
Third — and this is the part that makes the “abuse of services” accusation so absurd — I was labeled for “abuse of services” BEFORE I ever publicly criticized Casinomeister or posted any review. One of their staff members privately messaged me during the investigation and I responded. Somehow, responding during an active investigation later became grounds to accuse me of abusing their services and eventually ban my account.
Then afterward, Max stated that if I could provide evidence, he would reopen the case — which directly contradicts the idea that the case had already been fully and fairly investigated. He also stated that he discussed my financial records with the casino and concluded I was “lying” based on information provided by the casino itself, before ever reviewing the screenshots and evidence I had available.
That is not what neutral dispute resolution is supposed to look like.
People can draw their own conclusions, but from my perspective this looked far less like independent arbitration and far more like an industry-connected forum protecting long-standing casino relationships while dismissing evidence and shutting down players who challenge the outcome.

This group have very good relationships…
This group have very good relationships with legitimate online casinos groups allowing players to leverage that in cases with legitimate claims. One said casino group decided they weren't going to pay me my full winnings due to a mistake made by their CSR. I first tried casino.guru who barely made any effort and closed the case with no resolution. So I took it to Max at Casinomeister and he worked hard over the course of a month and was successful in returning my funds to me. It's worth noting this was a 10k dispute so not an insignificant amount of money
This is a wonderful informational hub and discussion forum with the added benefit of being able to submit disputes knowing full due diligence will be performed
