Poor experience with PAB. They are affiliates.
Used their PAB due to issue with a casino. They stopped engaging because I had previously instructed a solicitor (Altho no longer).
PAB then just ignored.
They are casino affiliates, they make money from you signing up with their links and losing money. Shouldn't expect anything different I suppose.
Website looks like it hasn't been updated in about 20 years.
Response from CasinomeisterOct 19, 2026
Hello, yes of course we are affiliates. There are three types of arbitration services available to players: ones the casino pays for, ones you can pay for, or free services like ours where the Complaints team is paid by the site to do arbitration for our site users.
We've processed 11,000+ player complaints over the years and helped get over 15M€ returned to those players. So yes, you could expect something "different" because we've proven many, many times over that we help players whenever we can, independent of the casinos they play at.
In your particular case you made your issue a legal matter for the casino before you came to us. That effectively shuts the matter down as far as arbitration goes because as far as the casino is concerned they now face a potential legal case against them and must follow legally prudent channels as opposed to being open to discuss the case with an arbitrator like us.
All this was explained to you twice in the course of your PAB as well as being written into the PAB Rules which we asked you multiple times to read.
How many times do we have to say "if lawyers are involved our hands are tied"? Just because you asked your lawyer to "pause action" doesn't mean the casino suddenly forgets all that and is happy to return to square one. They never are, which is why we write that in the PAB Rules and repeat to players like yourself what the consequences are.
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to criticise us for actions we warned you against in the PAB Rules, but c'est la vie it seems.
We wish you success in the pursuit of your case. Next time, should you chose to return to us, please do read our PAB Rules and respect them. Much misunderstanding and disappointment will be avoided by doing so.

Max Drayman

My experience with Casinomeister has…
My experience with Casinomeister has been extremely disappointing. I reached out to them for help with resolving disputes, only to find a platform that is completely outdated and unresponsive to current industry standards.
Instead of focusing on mediation, Casinomeister takes an unnecessarily hostile approach. They immediately used my French nationality as an excuse to claim I shouldn't have been playing, without even asking for evidence or trying to understand the actual situation. It is unacceptable for a self-proclaimed mediation site to act in a way that is even more obstructive and dismissive than the casinos themselves.
Their process is slow, archaic, and lacks the efficiency that players expect today. Fortunately, I was able to rely on the mediation services of AskGamblers and Casino Guru. Thanks to their professionalism and modern approach, I was able to resolve my disputes and successfully recover my winnings (specifically 1,500€ from Pandido and 4,500€ from Caspero).
I strongly advise against using Casinomeister. If you are facing a real issue, turn to platforms that provide actual, effective support for players."

After my initial review
After my initial review, Max had decided to respond with utter nonsense.
What makes this entire situation so ridiculous is that Casinomeister keeps framing the timeline in a way that leaves out critical facts.
First, they continue implying that I canceled a withdrawal and immediately redeposited while the original bonus funds were still active. That is false. The withdrawal that was canceled was played completely down to a $0 balance. Only AFTER the balance was exhausted did I redeem another bonus code, make another deposit, and continue playing. The winnings in question came after that sequence. I had screenshots and transaction history showing this.
Second, I was instructed to keep my complaint short and concise during the investigation. Despite having additional screenshots and evidence available, I was never asked to provide them before a decision was made. Later, the narrative became “you never submitted evidence,” even though there was never a proper evidence review process in the first place.
Third — and this is the part that makes the “abuse of services” accusation so absurd — I was labeled for “abuse of services” BEFORE I ever publicly criticized Casinomeister or posted any review. One of their staff members privately messaged me during the investigation and I responded. Somehow, responding during an active investigation later became grounds to accuse me of abusing their services and eventually ban my account.
Then afterward, Max stated that if I could provide evidence, he would reopen the case — which directly contradicts the idea that the case had already been fully and fairly investigated. He also stated that he discussed my financial records with the casino and concluded I was “lying” based on information provided by the casino itself, before ever reviewing the screenshots and evidence I had available.
That is not what neutral dispute resolution is supposed to look like.
People can draw their own conclusions, but from my perspective this looked far less like independent arbitration and far more like an industry-connected forum protecting long-standing casino relationships while dismissing evidence and shutting down players who challenge the outcome.

Really poor handling of PAB
Really poor handling of PAB, poor behaviour from MAXD (His repuation is well known).
Signed up to a site they affiliate with 'Casinovibes' they verified me, then locked account after I deposited, requesting more KYC then closed account and eventually refunded the deposit. Also they refused to honour the offer promoted on casinomeister. They lied during the PAB process (actually didn't engage so one member had to contact them outside of the complaint).
MAXD didn't read PAB properly, didn't look at the uplaoded evidence (if he had he wouldn't have wasted time asking questions that could be answered by looking at my evidence) then referred to me as 'snarky'.
So poor all round. But what do you expect from casino affiliates?
Edit - Max response - Again highlighting the unprofessionalism and interest only being in affiliate kickbacks from us punters signing up to their awful sites. If he had have looked at my previous posts in the PAB (as I pointed out to him) he would have seen the uploaded evidence of the casino discussing my deposit. Again, what do you expect from affiliates and this 'Max' has a reputation of being mysoginistic, you can see it on the forum. Their website also looks like it was made in early 2000s lol
Response from CasinomeisterMar 13, 2026
Hello,
When you submit your complaint (PAB) on Casinomeister you are explicity requested to read our PAB Rules. In fact you need to declare that you have read them before you are able to submit your PAB details to us. And yet you violated those Rules immediately by submitting unknown and unaskedfor documents which I explained to you we don’t have time to deal with due to our high volume of PABs: when we need specific evidence we ask for it. You further violated the PAB Rules by not responding when we had questions for you regarding your case.
When you did respond you said “they closed my account … and sent me the deposit back” which I had already explained to you was perfectly within their rights to do since there were no other monies outstanding. I asked you to provide evidence that the deposit had not been returned to you — the only basis for complaint at this point — and you responded "great caisno to be affiliating with … what else do you expect from casino affilaites” and repeated the same again later. When I said we could continue with your case when you were willing to be civil and respectful you replied “LOL”. So yes, I said you were being “snarky” because you were, repeatedly.
The PAB service is freely given with no charge to you and no obligations on your part other than to read and respect our PAB Rules. If that is too much to ask of you then clearly you should be looking for assistance elsewhere. To violate our Rules and then complain that we were unwilling to ignore that is disingenuous, to say the least.
Finally, regarding your statement “his reputation is well known”: yes, I should think it is. After 28 years in the online casino business as a principal in the public-facing side of two of the most significant portals in the history of the business — WinnerOnline and later Casinomeister — I think being “well known” is pretty much to be expected.

Edit: “this 'Max' has a reputation of being mysoginistic”. Prove it. Accusations like that are easy to throw around and obviously intended to do as much damage as possible, but they are hollow and meaningless unless you can prove it. Please try doing so, because that is simply a lie which happens to be convenient for you in this particular moment.

From Someone Who Has Seen Far Too Much of This Website
Most reviews of Casinomeister (CM) are informed by 1 resolved issue. Trustpilot is saturated with inch-deep praise for CM doing basic things they've become adept at commoditizing. I've been a full-time pro gambler for 19 years. I've initiated 8 complaints and have a much deeper perspective of how CM behaves under true litmus tests. Truth and the public interest are secondary priorities that get trumped by what's good for CM's bottom line.
Only 4000 chars so must use more adjectives than I prefer. Only have space for summary detail.
Side note: despite all their libel, faulty assessment, insincerity, laziness, inaction, cocksure lack of introspection, and toxic alpha-male energy, CM's still better than Casino Guru (see my review).
Both CM and Casino Guru have conflicts of interest inherent to their business model.
Devoid of proper regulatory oversight, the casino industry is rife with bad actors. As a high volume, gambler for 19 years, situations arose. In real time, there were no issues with my 8 complaints at CM. However, when moderator Max Drayman took stock of my complaint volume, there was a stark change in his conduct. He disliked I exclusively used his site for leverage in complaints and that I would post at more than one site. I posted that it could be good to be slightly provocative in your posts since it'd provoke responses which'd increase views which'd extend your leverage if you made a good point. Of all CM's trash talk, this tepid comment Drayman singles out as overstep and has since been unamicable, even belligerent.
Sequentially:
Won ~$5000 progressive jackpot. Get stiffed for no valid reason. CM's initial impulse was to do nothing. I remind CM if I don't get paid, money in that jackpot goes to nobody. Only then does CM act.
Casino group stiffs me for $44,400 in tourney bonus prizes + $2,000. Wait a month for CM to respond - nothing. CM terminates complaint. Later CM accuses me of frivolous complaints and not following through on them. Had prosecuted this complaint elsewhere to the point of exhaustion.
Casino tries to charge me $36,000 in processing fees on a $605K win. This scale of fee not supported by T&C and contradicted what I had been told when I asked preemptively before win. CM does not downtick casino's rating and blocks the most sanitized summary of it that I tried to post.
Casino voids $4800 for an accidental bet over $10 max wager on which I win nothing and have no angle to make. Wording of the rules unambiguously gives no grounds for casino to do so. CM empowers casino not to pay me and buries incident on their page for that casino despite the fact it got by far the most public views/responses/support relative to other postings.
Casino obviously fabricates tournament scores and then stiffs me for $111,758. Since then, casino group gets 37 Trustpilot reviews, all 1-star. CM superficially condemns casino but talks out of both sides of mouth, empowering casino to get away with it while attacking me and editing out basic facts in my favor. Casino is still found nowhere on CM's negative review lists. CM takes backhanded approach by admonishing me with vague, misdiagnosed rant at end of one of my other posts. CM attacks me for alleged dishonesty, refuses to substantiate attacks, locks me off from responding. This was not for my elucidation. It was intended spectacle. CM could have used PM. This gets picked up by transgressing casino who exploit it to get my complaint dismissed at Casino Guru. Even knowing they are effectively exonerating a casino they had just condemned, CM refuses to retract. Write extensive rebuttal - ignored. As absolute last resort, try to litigate for libel, seeking only discrete retraction with generous terms. CM immediately terminates my account and accuses me of "countless" unspecified forum violations. CM hides behind lawyers of parent conglomerate and refuse to address any details. Make bad faith claim were immune because accounts were "anonymous". No lawyers endorsed this. Obvious evidence account was mine. Dispensed insults. Beyond cease & desist, my legal contacts fail to follow up, no reason stated (see my other reviews). Offending casino's reputation plummets and Casino Guru proves absolutely intractable, so the point by and by becomes mute.
Some CM attacks didn't even make sense. I put things in writing publicly, but I was trying to gaslight 'em?? Drayman clearly over-depended on memory, failed to properly review, and suffered from fragmented continuity.
CM'd conflate normal complaint prosecution as having "an agenda", a nebulous turn of phrase they themselves are guilty of. CM is not a neutral, dispassionate arbiter.
Outside which casinos are paying or not, the forums are the blind leading the blind. They will not help you become an advantage player.

Response from CasinomeisterAug 14, 2025
Hello Stella Natalie becerra,
Sorry if there's been a misunderstanding. Our site has been getting spammed by JackPotter.com for several months now, quite literally 70 or more posts just like yours. Not only is this volume of spam from a single casino unheard of in the industry, but it is also very much something that sites like ours have to diligently pursue and combat in order to maintain our credibility as an authoritative site -- a reputation which we have spent a quarter of a century building.
So please excuse us if you happen to have been flagged as a false positive but floods of posts like this never happen unless the casino, JackPotter.com, is either paying players to post these “reviews” or otherwise incentivising people to spam on their behalf.
That said, your actions very much matched the profile of the spammers from JackPotter.com that have been attacking our site. You registered at 01:18h this morning and then posted your “review” around 10:00. This was your first and only post, so on a forum, this would flag you as a classic spammer -- especially given that we have had more than 70 similar posts just in the last 3 months. So you can see why we applied the "spamming" rule.
The other issue is that we are not here to host unsolicited reviews of casino sites. We refuse offers of that nature every day, often several a day. We have a Content Department that writes our Casinomeister Reviews and they have a very specific and thorough process for doing so. There are sites that welcome reviews from the public, like this one: Trustpilot, so perhaps that might be a better option for you.
Again, sorry if you were inadvertently caught up in our attempt to protect ourselves from a spam attack, but I hope this explanation helps you to understand why.
Regards,
The Casinomeister Team

Unfair moderation and censorship despite real evidence
I was permanently banned from CasinoMeister after trying to open a serious thread about irregularities in an online casino game. I didn’t present the full evidence right away because I wanted to see the community’s reaction first ,something many users do. However, the moderator ( Dunover ) abruptly closed the thread saying “nothing new was being added,” even though the thread only had 4 pages (while others have over 20 or more).
Later, when the same casino was being criticized by other users and even publicly flagged by the platform itself, I commented again to mention that my original thread had been shut down. Right after that, I was banned with no warning or chance to explain.
At no point did I insult anyone, spam, or behave like a troll. I simply tried to present a sensitive issue step by step. I believe I was treated unfairly, especially by a platform that claims to protect players and support transparency.
Thank you for your response, Mr. Max Drayman. I find it somewhat cowardly that you choose to hide behind the “Casinomeister Team” signature instead of addressing me directly under your own name.
In my case, Casinomeister did receive all the technical evidence directly, and they even sent it to the provider. However, my thread was closed after only four pages with the argument that it “wasn’t going anywhere,” while there are threads in the forum with 20, 30, or even 40 pages full of irrelevant messages that remain open. It is legitimate to ask: why the special focus on mine? Was there outside pressure to close it? The closure was not due to a lack of evidence, but because the topic was inconvenient.
I also noticed that my name has been mentioned repeatedly. My name is public everywhere, even here on Trustpilot alongside my email address. That does me no harm. I was not a problematic person; I was someone who touched on topics that affect certain interests within that platform — a platform that claims to protect players, but in practice suffocates them with promotions and bonuses. This is not genuine player protection, but just another tool to push bonuses.
Furthermore, I consider it discriminatory to state that all my texts were AI-generated. That is simply not true. The AI was only helping me translate what I wanted to say, as English is not my strong language. Suggesting otherwise sends the message that only those who speak perfect English are welcome in your forum, which is both exclusionary and discriminatory.
Response from CasinomeisterAug 11, 2025
Hello,
For anyone who has read the above review, a little context: this gentleman, who signed up as "Hector", made allegations against an unspecified casino regarding game fairness. Over the course of the next three days, he posted no less than 47 times, mostly repeating the same AI-generated text, saying time and again, “I’m not going to name the offending party, I am waiting to see how they respond to Swiss authorities”.
We have a particularly active and experienced readership on Casinomeister so they inevitably requested further details. "Hector", or should I say: his chatbot buddy, would simply reword and repost his previous posts.
At this point he was in violation of our Forum Rules on two major counts: posting AI-generated content and using the forums to pursue a personal agenda, namely using Casinomeister forums to apply pressure to an unnamed casino for his own reasons.
"Hector's" failure to respond to the questions from our readership resulted in him losing credibility on the forums and raised repeated and lingering questions regarding his motives. Our readers had finally had enough and openly prompted us — the forum moderators — to step in and shut down his abuse of the forums.
Elsewhere on our forums, he accused a respected casino of fraud, posting both their name and their license number. When we confronted him on this -- he had given no proof whatsoever of his accusations — he simply deleted the casino’s name and said he had never targeted a specific casino. Blatantly untrue. When we called him on this, he changed his tactics and began to attack us, implying that we were corrupt and “defending other interests”. From our point of view he had come to Casinomeister with an agenda he wanted to pursue -- in direct violation of the Rules -- and when the moderators and forum membership were not receptive to this, Casinomeister was suddenly the problem.
This was the last straw for our patience so we banned him for numerous and repeated Forum Rules violations. He promptly created another account -- again in violation of the Forum Rules -- to continue where 'Hector' had left off.
The bottom line was that "Hector" had no intention of engaging in a meaningful way with Casinomeister staff or the forum members: he wanted to use the forums for his own purposes and rally as much support in that effort as he could. Beyond that, the site and its Rules meant nothing to him.
For all the above “Hector” was deemed persona non grata at Casinomeister, and this remains in effect to this day, despite his new and ongoing campaign of email harassment and leaving 1-star reviews on Trustpilot.
Best regards,
The Casinomeister Team

Kannst vergessen.
Response from CasinomeisterMay 9, 2025
Hello Varga Catalin,
I ran your review through a machine translator and got this: "Liar You can forget. If you post badly against their TOP casinos, you will be banned. On oshi.io and N1 I had the worst experiences of my life. You won't find such manipulated casinos anywhere and there are the top casinos."
You were never banned at Casinomeister. Your account remains open and active. In fact you last visited a few days ago, without incident it appears.
I have just looked and see that you have posted a fair bit on our forums, describing your issues and negative experiences at a number of casinos -- including the two you have mentioned above.
It was not the target of your posts that was the problem, it was the fact that you started to repeatedly break our site rules.
First, in February, you started posting publicly on the forums while you had an active PAB (Casinomeister's free ADR service). We had been trying for two months to get a clear answer from you as to what exactly your complaint with a certain casino was. We were in fact, in the middle of discussing your issue with you in your PAB ticket when you suddenly started posting on the forums. This is in direct violation of our PAB rules which you agreed to at the beginning of the process. This particular rule is in place as having the information and our conversations all in one private place, as opposed to scattered across multiple locations public and private, makes things more manageable when handing your case. It also prevents muddying the waters in our discussion with the casino.
Then, in the last week of April, you started "cross-posting" in the forums. As one of the moderators explained: "you have posted about this same subject in two separate threads in a few minutes." This is a common forum rule as creating multiple conversations on the same topic is counterproductive and a housekeeping nightmare.
The moderator also asked you to refrain from rants and unfounded accusations -- as you made two accusations based on incorrect assumptions all in one post.
I hope this clarifies the issue.
Best regards,
The Casinomeister Team
