Hi Dori, thank you so much for leaving your review! Please understand that we state very clearly that we ONLY purchase the unopened BOXES of Dexcom 3ct sensors. You sent us two loose sensors that were removed from their original box. We state repeatedly on the paper included with your free mail kit that customers should contact us prior to sending back Dexcom supplies. We do not see a record of you doing that and had you done so then we would have happily told you to not include those in your shipment. Thanks so much for supporting our mission!

DA, Thank you so much for leaving your review. We see that we received a shipment from you on September 15th and that we mailed you a check that same day! When your check was mailed you received an email that stated that the USPS estimated that your check would be delivered on September 25th. You left your review of us on September 21st, just four business days after your check was mailed. We think you may have included the time it takes for you to pack and ship products to us which we obviously cannot control! All we can do is promise to mail your check within one business day of receiving your shipment. We see that we mailed your check the same day we received it!
