Lisa, We do not have a record of anyone with your name in our entire customer database. We also do not have anyone with the last name "Pollan" in our database. We further looked at the history of every $12 payout we have ever sent and there have only been 3 "Lisa's" that have received that amount from us in the past two years. None of their inspection reports match your description of what you sent. We even went a step further and saw that you also gave a 1-star review to a dental office in Morrisville, NC. We have do not have any record of any $12 payouts going to anywhere within a 90 minute drive of that town. We strongly believe that you have us confused with another company. Hi Robert! Thank you so much for leaving your review. We wish we had more control over the speed at which the USPS delivers mail but sadly they are not as reliable as we would like for them to believe. We would also like to let you know that while our warehouse is located in Florida, we do not mail our checks from that location. Due to the volume of shipments that we receive, we partner with a 3rd party printer and mailing company to send our checks. They are located in the middle of the country which may explain a bit why your check did not arrive early. Again, we want to add that we do not control the speed only that we can promise to mail your check within one business day of receiving your shipment, just as we did with you!
