Darryl, Thank you so much for leaving a review! We must admit that we are shocked by your rating as we have a long history of treating you honestly, reliably and transparently. You have sent us a total of 9 shipments and we have paid out to you over $800! Every single time that you have received a shipment from us it has included printed information that explains our expiration policy. We see through our customer service records that you were aware that we have an expiration policy for products that are sent to us. Nevertheless, we do NOT hide our expiration policy. We BOLD and HIGHLIGHT it on the page that gives you the prices we pay. Prior to requesting a free mail kit from us, you have to check a box confirming that you understand that. Our website makes it even more clear. We do realize that it can be a bit confusing for some of our long time test strip customers that the expiration policy for CGM products is a bit different (must be at least 4 months from expiration vs. 3 months for test strips). However, NONE of the 10 boxes of Libre 14/day sensors that you sent to us would have even met the test strip expiration policy as they all were either EXPIRED or less than 3 months from expiration at the time we received your shipment. We take the health and safety of the people we seek to help very seriously which is why we do not pay for any items that are close to expiration. From your long history with us we do know that you understand that. Our chat records with you do show that we have already sent you the photos from your inspection report (confirming the expiration dates of the products that you sent) and that we have shared with you all of the places where we informed you of our expiration policy. We have customer service agents standing by Monday-Friday from 9:00am CST to 8:00pm CST. We see from our records that you know how to contact us. We are not sure why you did not do so prior to sending us this shipment. We truly wish you had!

Hi Tony, Thank you so much for leaving a review! We do hope that you and others that see this review will take the time to read our response. We must admit that we are saddened and quite shocked by your 1-star review of our service. We must ask if you reviewed any of the information that was provided to you? We see that you will be receiving the FULL payout exactly as promised you would receive given the types of products that you sent and their expiration dates. That was the payout that was listed both on our website and in the information included with your free mail kit. We also paid you in the method that we promised we would pay you (mailing a check). We do not control the prices that we can offer as they are controlled by Big Pharma. We have been in business for years by understanding that simple point. While there may be other businesses that claim to pay more but we pride ourselves on paying exactly what we say we will. Other companies may claim to pay more only to find excuses to pay you a lower amount which just so happens to be the amount that Big Pharma makes us pay. We are surprised that you expected to be paid in any other way than via a check that we mail to you. We emphatically state on our website that we are old fashioned and currently only pay via a physical check. While we are always considering other options. Paypal and others have announced that they will self-report payments on their platform to the IRS which means our customers would potentially have to pay taxes at the end of the year for what they sell to us! We do apologize that you will apparently have to pay fees to cash the check but we do hope you understand that we are not the one charging you the fee. Lastly, we do not have tracking on the checks for a simple reason...it is EXPENSIVE and if we put tracking on the checks then we would be forced to lower the payout for you and everyone else. We can simply check our bank account for free to see if a check has been cashed or not. If it hasn't then we can send a replacement check! Our number one goal will always be to make sure that our customers are PAID for the eligible supplies that they send us. We want our customers coming back to us again and again so it would never do us any good to cheat a customer. Prior to requesting a free mail kit from us you had to check a box confirming that you had reviewed our IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS which remind people to review our price list and that we pay via a physical check. We then include that same information in printed format with the free mail kit you requested. The 5th instruction on that paper states you will receive your payment by mail. The 3rd page has our price list which showed that you would be paid $52...the amount that you received. We need to add that we have real customer service agents (no bots or programs) standing by Monday-Friday from 9:00am-8:00pm CST. We have no record of you reaching out with any questions prior to us receiving and issuing payment for the supplies that you sent. We do see that you reached out via LiveChat after we received your products and issued payment. We truly wish you had used that feature prior to sending us your supplies. We would have been happy to explain how much you would be paid and how you would be paid. Considering you were paid the FULL amount exactly as promised and were paid in the matter that we state we pay, we hope that you now see that you were treated honestly, reliably and transparently at every step of the process. We do hope that you will consider changing your review as we did our best to provide you with all of the information necessary prior to requesting a free mail kit from us and again prior to you sending us supplies. We strongly believe that we should not be held at fault because you did not actually review the information we asked you to confirm that you had reviewed.
