Jacqueline, I'd rather answer this plainly than leave it. We paid you in full for the first shipment you sent us, $130.00, and you wrote to us on September 23 confirming the payment had arrived. Your second shipment was a different situation: it contained 14 units of a brand we don't purchase and that isn't on our published list. That list is included in every free mail kit and is posted directly on our website. Prior to requesting a kit you are required to confirm that you have reviewed the list. We aren't able to pay for items we don't buy, and we aren't able to ship them back — that's set out in the terms agreed at submission, and it's there because we receive a large volume of shipments every day and cannot hold individual items aside. Where we genuinely failed you is everything in between: your inspection report showed items at $0.00 with no reason beside them, and you were told twice that your package hadn't arrived when it already had.
