I sent in 5 boxes that didn't expire until the end of next yr and I didn't get paid for all of them. Very disappointed!

Sent me half the money last time said that because the prescription label was removed neatly they the boxes were ruined and that had no effect on the strips

Hi Philip, we are sorry you were disappointed in our service. Our first instruction both on our website and included with your kit advises to not remove any labels/stickers. We have a special process that removes and destroys labels without damaging the box and without this process even carefully removed labels cause permanent damage to the box. We would love the opportunity to serve you again.
