Hi Crystal, we are sorry you had a bad experience. Our first instruction is to not remove any labels because an improper removal can disqualify a submission. We also cannot purchase opened boxes of test strips for the health and safety of our customers.

James, we wish you could understand your frustration as you have always received the FULL payout for the great strips that you have sent us. We wish we had more control over the prices but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.

I sent 3 box's which you said got…rip off
I sent 3 box's which you said got damaged in mail then I sent ,2. 100 ct an an got $15. These things are in a tube you can't destroy so I will use same one else from now on

I used to get paid $50 for contour next…
I used to get paid $50 for contour next strip for 100 test strips now it’s $20.
