Need to change payment rates. The pharmacy is not sending number one diabetic materials to it's customers. I received a check for $8.00. It's not worth it

The past two times I have sent two perfectly untouched boxes with labels intact and no damage. Both times I have received full payment for one box and half payment for second box. They have claimed them as damaged but I bubble wrapped them! I feel no matter what that I will only receive half payment for second box…

Unfortunately, we have little control over the prices we pay. We do hope that we will be able to pay $32 for those strips again soon!
