Hi Marshall, thank you so much for reviewing us on TrustPilot. We continue to not understand your frustration with our business. You received the FULL payout for your last shipment with us. You had a disagreement with your first shipment which we explain thoroughly in our email response to you and provided you with a link to review the inspection report to let us know which area you disagreed with in it. Your complaint seems to stem entirely from expecting $50 for boxes that were listed on our website and in the information you received with your shipment at $30 per item. We have never offered $50 per box for that type of test strip. For that first shipment, you received the FULL payout of $30 per box for all but one of those boxes. As explained in our emails and in your inspection report (if you had bothered to look at it), you would have seen a photo of an expiration date for one of your boxes that showed that it expired in 3-9 months and thus received a 50% pay reduction per our clear expiration policy. You have proceeded to send us angry emails almost weekly ever since instead of responding to our request for you to review your inspection report (you really LOVE that middle finger emoji). We are frankly happy that you no longer want to do business with us.
