Yvonne, we are very sorry to see your review because we have previously explained to you why you were not paid for one of the boxes that you sent to us. We provided you a photo of the box that you sent to us that clearly showed that the security label had been removed. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot and do not purchase any box that has been opened which can only happen if the security seal has been removed. We do hope that you will consider changing your review rating as we treated you honestly and fairly.

Hello Patricia! Thank you so much! We see that the price went down because we had to lower our prices for that strip. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!
