Es ist einfach nur noch traurig , man wird abgezockt und bekommt absolut nicht das was man bestellt hat ! Nur billiger Plastik und weit entfernt von dem Bild des Produktes auf der Internet Seite! Finger weg von diesem Shop

Product not as expected for the price. iPhone 18 cases stated heavy duty, pictire did not display phone cover like it should. Cases r flimsy something u can get at a flea market for a few dollars an Caseles price 49.99 a that’s only if u buy 2. Wow, the charger a phone carrier rope was nice but the cases trash don’t buy or read more into them before purchasing. Disappointed with cases very.

THIEVES AND LIARS I ordered 3 items (2 chargers and a phone case) to NZ in August. They said the items were delivered. When I said they were not, "Shelly"from customer service said they were stuck at customs in Australia and I could request a refund. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and asked when I could expect to see it. No reply. These theives have stolen $139 from me and I will be taking them to the NZ disputes tribunal at the end of the week, hopefully to prevent them from operating in Australia and New Zealand and scamming us! Contact me if you want me to include your experience in my report Order number AU1887 Tracking number YT2624100705535748

Steer clear of this company. They advertise as a UK company (Caseles UK) however their customer service and operations are based in China. In fact, they have no presence in the UK whatsoever. If you want to return the goods you do so at your own expense which is subject to international shipping and therefore more than the actual cost of the product. You will be given the runaround by someone named ‘Shelley’ at ‘European Return Resolution’ who says that a 100% refund will be made if I contact them directly with my shipping reference. I must have emailed ‘Shelley’ 10, possibly 20 times…no response and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

I ordered two cases by accident and, before the shipping, I wrote to Caseles to ask to only ship one and to refund me the other one. Shelly has answered me emmediately and said they would only ship one. Since then I never received the first case AND I am waiting on my refund. I have written to them three times since, and have never heard from Shelly again... I want me refund !!! Order #CASE1041329
