I was pleased it was resolved after several emails with wrong model. Unsure if it was a computer glitch. They were understanding with wrong order. Due to overseas I didn't have to return wrong item. One thing to improve I requested to delivery to my billing address and someone failed to do that. I had to pay almost same price as the product to have package be sent to me. But I love the product. Excellent design...well made. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this “company.” They’re based on “Florida” but really they’re in China. They offer free shipping, take forever and when you get your case, its no where near good enough quality. I paid $45 for a case. The mag safe ring was a sticker you have to tape on instead of built in. I tried returning it, they take forever to reply to any message. they pushed back several times until they told me I had to ship it back myself. I paid $20 . Almost half the price . And even then it got stuck in customs in China. If you want a refund you will have to pay for it yourself and send it through customs! The free shipping is a trap. In the end I paid $60 for a case worth $10.

I ordered 3 phone cases and 3 magnetic chargers for our new ipone 17 and 17 pros. First of all I put the order in on September 12th, and the stuff didn't get delivered until September 22nd. The light blue Kaden case I ordered never came, but if you pull up the order details it says it was delivered (but it wasn't, they obviously never put it in the shipment box). The receipt said if I have any issues to contact Shelly in customer service. I did that and Shelly never got back to me. After a week of waiting on her to respond, I emailed Caseless customer service on October 1st. It is now October 17th, and I have still yet to hear back from anyone, nor have I ever received the cell phone case. Also, the purple Vaden case I bought for my ipone 17, is already broken and will not snap together after only 1 month. Obviously the products from this company are very poorly made, and the customer relations is even poorer. I only wanted either the $59 phone case that I paid for or a refund. I got neither, and had to buy a new phone case for my phone becuase the case I got from Caseless already broke in less than a month. I will never order from this company again !!! Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Awful company and awful customer service! After ordering, I was assured my order was being delivered. After supposedly attempting to deliver four or five times, my package never arrived and was marked as unavailable. Trying to work with customer service people in Hong Kong was frustrating and requested a refund but they can’t issue a refund without a package. Buy from this company at your own risk!

This Knox case is awesome I’ll definitely have another only down side it took forever to get but well worth the wait

I ordered screen protectors and a phone case. Order took a while, sent from China. When arrived they had sent wrong protectors. I contacted company and they re sent. Waited for second order and when arrived, they had sent wrong ones again. This time I requested a refund for the protectors through PayPal. Was then advised that company would only refund me if I sent the incorrect product back, organising payment and packaging and tracked postage. The postage cost more than the screen protectors but since they agreed to refund entire order, I agreed. I sent to the address they provided through PayPal. Order was then returned as issue with address. PayPal then said I have another 3 days to repost or they would find in favour of Caseles. I am not paying anymore for delivery to this company. I suggest avoiding this company.

Think twice before ordering from this company. They say they are located in Miami Fla but thats a lie they are located in China. It took 21 days to get the case and by then I went ahead and bought another 1. This place is a joke!!

I LOVE the new leather case I got for my galaxy 8 Z fold ultra phone. I always keep my phones completely covered for trade ins. I always get the max. This case from caseles is awesome. Im very impressed. It actually covers the "book binding" end. It's leather. Has a magnetic wallet that doubles as a kickstand. You can detach it n put in your pocket. Also got a magnetic charger and a power bank. All 3 items for 103$. Im very happy. The 4 stars is bcuz they said it would be here within 5-7 days and that it's made in Florida. It came from China and took 2 weeks!! So,if it's made in the USA then why did it come from China??? That makes no sense to me!! Im not mad that it came from China, but just tell the customer b4 hand!!
