I ordered a brown color and received the sky blue color which did not match with any of my backyard furnitures, called and emailed the customer service no response at all. Not satisfied.

CASA INC not only has great products but also has top notch customer service. They assisted me with an item that was out of warranty as if it were in warranty. The patio table umbrella I ordered was too big, my mistake, but the company's return policy and customer service is outstanding. No hassle, no pointing fingers, just help with an expensive error on my part. Highly recommend!

I have been calling this company trying to ask a simple question about an umbrella base, but there doesn't appear to actually be any customer service reps, just a recording promising they will get in touch -- but they never do. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company.
