I was missing a few pieces in my package. I called and was connected with Jane for assistance. She was amazing from start to finish. She followed up with me throughout the entire process ensuring I was informed in where they were in the process and that I received my package. I was very pleased with her level of service and communication. I will definitely purchase from this company in the future. Thank you Jane!

I purchased two umbrellas. 1 in 2023 the other in 2024. I wanted to replace the umbrella fabrics due to wear. I talked with Dianne. She made the process smooth and easy. She stayed in contact with me through the entire process, even texted to let me know the replacements had been delivered. I really appreciate a company that will employ real time solutions in customer service. Dianne was a Rockstar.

I purchased one of the 15 triple umbrellas with LED lighting. Stephanie was quite helpful, she provided great customer service “above and beyond” most. Not only is the umbrella a great purchase, Stephanie’s great customer service has made me a repeat Casa Inc customer. Thank You!

I purchased a bathtub from CASAINC and have been very pleased with the experience from initial order, shipping, and answers to follow up questions. Camellia, in CASAINC Service Support, has been very professional and helpful to arrange shipment of an additional drain piece that was not included in the original shipment.
