I had an issue with my showerhead. They were understanding and helped me easily resolve getting a replacement. Thomas was more than helpful. I highly recommend their product. The quality is good for the value.

I was having an issue with the sensor on my touchless kitchen faucet and customer service was at the ready to help! Immediately, they offered to help via video to ensure the problem was properly diagnosed. The communication was prompt and on point! I’m happy they have offered to replace the sensor free of charge. Definitely a fan of Casinc products and would buy again!

When I placed my order, they contacted me the first business day they were open. They confirmed all detail details and everything specific to my order. They shipped the order and I received it fairly quickly. From there, I noticed I was missing one of my free gifts and they continuously called me to make sure that I got it, and when I had not, they sent another one. They are super great with communication and the overall quality of their products looks great. I will be installing this weekend and I am super excited. I did buy two shower systems from them.

We love our faucet with a handheld sprayer. It looks expensive, but was reasonably priced. I contacted customer service after a piece came off of the top of the sprayer, and I couldn't be happier with the response. Dianne gave us options and came up with the prefect solution for our issue. She was prompt, followed through, and was patient and thoughtful. I'll recommend their products to anyone needing a faucet. Thank you.

I purchased the Casainc kit for my first shower remodel. I liked it so much, I purchased a second unit for my second bathroom remodel. The product had all the features I was looking for. It works great and it is beautiful. I am in Arizona and our water is very hard, I like the chrome finish as it is super easy to clean and after two years, it still looks new. BTW, I did a self-install and it was super. Overall, i would highly recommend this product.
