Customer Service was excellent when identifying a problem they were right on top of resolution

Purchased the shower system and it’s fantastic. Upon install we realized we were missing a bracket to install one piece of the shower system but customer service was very kind and helped us out with replacing the piece. 10/10 recommend!

I had a question about one of the products so I called the help line. The person that answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer my question.
