Lamp was broken. Emailed for a refund and no response several days later.

I ordered 3 lights, yet only received one. The light dimensions are also different that what was given by customer service, so it doesn't even fit. Emailed customer service but the response time is very slow. Problem is still not resolved yet... EDIT: changed to 2 stars from 1 star because I was able to locate the missing lights, which had been shipped or delivered separately and not properly indicated on the tracking info. Edit: changed to 4 stars. Missing items were located and they offered a credit for the trouble. Not a seamless transaction but they made an effort to fix it. the lights are nice.

Ordered a table, and there were issues with it. Emailed to get the problem resolved, they had said they would send me replacement parts and then completely ghosted me. They are not replying to my emails or sending the replacement parts. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

Perfect and unique piece for my lounge. Beautiful design and quality. Did not take long to be delivered.

Beautiful table set! Arrived somewhat quickly coming from China. It is beautiful, rainbow colored, and delicate. It came in pieces, to put together, and they included cotton gloves for putting it together and not leaving finger prints all over it. Not for putting your feet up on! The set came in two packages, with about two weeks between the arrival of the 2nd piece. Customer service was helpful when I asked where my 2nd piece was, and got back to me within a day. I love it!

Shipping was prompt; Casa Di Lumo kept me informed of shipping status, and I was initially concerned since the lamp was being shipped from China. Received in about 10 days. Bought Apōllō Floor Lamp; only reason I rated 4 is it is a little smaller than I expected from the photos, and is really more of a "party light" than a lamp to illuminate a room, just so buyers are aware. Knew I was taking a chance on ordering something online. Well built, assembles easily, instructions are pretty good.
