Warning do not use as a fragrance holder. I made the unfortunate decision to try these out as a scent diffuser vase and the fragrance liquid was far too powerful and ended up cracking all 5 vases within seconds. One of them even split into 3 parts. Granted I did pour an excessive amount of fragrance into them so that may have added to it but they were all basically destroyed :,) I did notice they were also made kind of mass produced quality and not as vibrant as pictured but I still liked them. Sigh* so sad.

Not only did my infinity cube come with a tracking number and was delivered quickly, but I enjoy it, too. It's groovy!

I bought the Calini coffee table - it's gorgeous and really fits in nicely with my loungeroom. I had a small issue upon delivery and the team were straight on it and resolved my concerns immediately. Wish I had room for another!

The customer service to answer questions and process an exchange was great. Appreciate the ability to email dialogue. It has been a new added benefit with about 4-5 business that I've dealt with this past year vs. the frustration dealing with others via long phone waiting times and multiple transfers to deal with issues. Do love the multiple purposes of the lights. I have 2x floor and 2x desk and once you learn how to program it's a nice feature for mood, functionality and overall ambience.

I was extremely disappointed receiving this table. First of all, they did not provide any instructions. There was nothing to guide you except a package inconveniently wrapped all around in packaging tape. It was hard to figure out if I had all of the parts, since there was nothing else included. Also, the photos online completely do not match what the table actually looks like from the top. There are two panels you put together, not just one, like it shows in all of the photos online. I wonder if they even had "real people" photoshop their products before posting because the difference is very obvious when you see it in person. Furthermore, the legs aren't evened out where when the table is fully built, the top/entire table is lop-sided!! I've already had quite a few things make the table itself fall over or those things slipping off because of the crooked way it stands!! Even with the discount I got on this table, it makes it completely overpriced for a pretty piece of junk. I tried to contact them directly, but no one seems to be able to help me with this. I should, at the very least, be offered a replacement FREE OF CHARGE or a partial refund. I'd rather have the refund than have to deal with another disappointing product. I am really upset as I fell in love with this table months ago and finally had enough money to get it.

Following a pre-Christmas 'nudge' as to where my vases were - a present for someone very important to me - they arrived special delivery in time. I was thrilled, as we the recipient. Thank you to all at Casa Di Lumo for such a prompt and efficient response. Being able to give the stunning vases for Christmas made a big difference to me.
