I bought a lamp a month ago and it hasn't arrived yet, I have been chasing them about my order, and their only reply was that they were experiencing technical issues (The same happened to me with Abode Jungle, are they the same scammers?). I got back to them after some days asking about my order and they never replied to me. They are scammers, do not buy from them. EDIT (16/03/2025): After Casa Di Lumo saw this review, they contacted me on the same day, the person who contacted me said that she was personally following up with the warehouse to move the delivery forward. She explained that the lamp had already been sent to their forwarding agent and that the tracking number was going to be sent to me soon. Also, as a gesture of apology, they refunded me back 30€. I was finally sent the tracking number the 9th of March, I received an importation tax duty clearance email on the 10th (25€, the lamp came from China), and I finally received the lamp on 11th. The lamp is in good shape, the structure itself is made of sturdy metal, and it works as expected.

Complete scam. I ordered this product, and it never arrived. It’s all fake. I never got my money back.

Do not trust this company! Cheap goods and arrived damaged. Rather than have the refund I requested (they make it seem so simple on the site) I've spent hours getting hassled and now am stuck with dodgy materials. $1,500 for my new business down the drain.

It’s not arrived

We were skeptical when the product arrived. As others mentioned, it looked cheap and shoddy, but it was okay-ish when it was alight. Fast forward six weeks later when our product broke. I have left three voicemails and sent three emails to customer service. I have receive NO responses to any of these queries. We are out $400 and I am seriously unimpressed. The FAQ on their web site suggests the product can last for 13+ years. We didn't make it to 13 weeks. I would still welcome any engagement or response from customer service, but for now I strongly advise you to save your money.

You said you sent one package with my remotes and my table, when I said I got one package with only remotes and no table you doubted me and said check with family and neighbours, when I provided proof then you checked the warehouse and found that I was right. When I said I don’t want the table anymore and just want a refund you ignored my request. I am very disappointed and will not go through this frustration and aggravation again.!!!

Lamp was broken. Emailed for a refund and no response several days later.
