CarvedReviews of carved.com

This is my second Carved iphone case purchase and I am loving it. They are simply the best, very high quality, so unique and so beautiful. They do not wear out at all. I appreciate their customer service as well, they keep great communication with their customers. Job extremely well done, dear Carved team!

I had a terrible experience ordering from this company. On November 23, 2023, I ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Pro in the mosaic pattern. When the case arrived, I immediately noticed that the volume up/down and action buttons were wiggly and misaligned. Also, there were scratches on the back of the phone case in the wood. Even though I sent high resolution pictures, Rebecca told me she didn't see any issues. Really, really??? They did provide me with a refund for the case, but I had to pay for return shipping. What a crock. I posted a negative review on their sight, but it got deleted; hence, all their great reviews. Their designs are awesome, but the quality of their cases are terrible.

Great service. Very good communication and the product is beyond my expectations

If all companies choose to do business with the same level of integrity as Carved there would be no need for companies like Trustpilot. You get exactly as described. Very impressed, worth every penny.

My new wallet, “Wanda” is an absolutely beautiful piece? Truly a functional piece of art sculpted by human hands. I am thrilled with my purchase.

Such unique items. They are very personal. Such a great selection makes it hard to choose. Customer service was awesome. I accidentally ordered the wrong size case and Rebecca responded right away and fixed my problem.
