Poor design on a beautiful case
Update: They processed my return quickly. They note have the option to have an action button or a wider cutout based on preference. If you have an iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max, please be advised the carved cases are designed with a cutout rather than an action button. While the case I received yesterday is beautiful and seems to be well made, I’m sending it back. The cutout choice makes it awkward to use the action button. The other poor design choice is a weak MagSafe magnet that I would not trust on the MagSafe holder in my car. Disappointingly, the $15 case I got to protect my phone at launch is far better designed with better buttons overall, including an action button, and a MUCH better magnet. It will cost me as much to return my Carved case as it cost to buy a case I thought was temporary. Great art company, but the actual case leaves much to be desired. If your iPhone has an action button you plan to use or you use a MagSafe mount in your car, I would look elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment and the return fee. Buy it for the looks, not the utility. For the price, I expected greater attention to detail.
