What a waste of money
What a waste of money, this company was no help in me helping on how to get a replacement title. I went to the DMV myself to get a new replacement title, very misleading and a waste of time and money. Would never recommend, trying to get a refund! Will update if refund is issued.

Amy was just awesome in helping me…
Amy was just awesome in helping me since I don’t get around much it took awhile but she never stopped helping me or checking on me finally got the title to car and I never would have without her assistance thank you Amy.

At first

The staff at Cartitles was very helpful and diligent
The staff at Cartitles was very helpful in obtaining my title. The process ended up fairly complicated because the lender I purchased the vehicle from— and paid off 5 years ago, was still listed on the title when Cartitles communicated with the DMV from Oregon. It was eventually worked out and Cartitles staff were in contact all along the way. I am very satisfied.

Very happy customer
I was desperate after discovering I lost my title. Amy at car titles was very happy to help. She walked me through the process and was excellent at communicating along the way. Car tiles, with the help of Amy my issues were resolved and I successfully received a new title. Thanks to Amy and everyone at car titles!
